Constant (the company behind Vultr) has been just as disappointing as the service itself. After dealing with major issues on a Vultr server, I tried reaching out through Constant hoping for a more competent or responsible escalation path — but the support experience felt exactly the same: slow, unhelpful, and lacking any real technical understanding.
From my experience, they seem completely disconnected from what’s actually happening with their infrastructure. The responses I received were generic and didn’t address the problem at all. The lack of ownership or meaningful assistance was extremely frustrating.
If you rely on stability, proper incident handling, and responsive support, my personal experience suggests being very cautious with Constant and any services under them, including Vultr.
