The worst experience with this company, Not even one star deserves, the biggest scam . My order 2 piece travel set took 90 days for delivery and when order received was not what i ordered, different material, was like nylon dry clean only. top different size from pants. I tried to return it from day one but they offered 4 dollars and i declined, offered 7 dollars, i told them want my full refund, they refused a return label. even the add says 100% refund guarantee. Tried dispute with my bank was denied, according to company I received what I ordered. Tried to return on my own per mail company is over $200 to China. First and the last time I will buy from Constituient.

Sent me wrong size and material is awful. pressured me to accept $9 because I would incur the cost of material to China. SI agreed to $19 and have'nt heard from them and they don't care Should be out of business.Seems like they picked up clothes from a basement and sent it.

They sent me the wrong size. They want to give me $14 compensation for an item that does not fit. Telling me it will cost me too much to ship back. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY? I BOUGHT 2 OUTFITS FROM THEM SPENT OVER $70 and they send me the wrong size and want me to pay for return shipping. Just want a refund or send the right size. This has been a month dealing with company

Ordered a Women’s Spring 2 Piece Set. Waited forever to receive it and received it in the wrong size.

Now, the company claims the product is correct and if I want to return it, I would have to pay for it to go back to China.

Many emails back and forth and still no resolution,

I ordered two bags from them Feb 13,2025 I finally received the item two months later after paying an express delivery fee. How disappointing I was if the product it was completely inferior the fabric was just a cheap plastic bag. I have repeatedly send messages to cancel the order as soon as I read the reviews

Scam. Ordered an outfit "Made in USA". Paid for 1 -3 day shipping. Product came six weeks later from Spain!?!? When I did not like the quality (or lack thereof) and the size was awful, top too small, pants way too big, I wanted to return it, because "100% satisfaction guaranteed". First, they offered me $8 refund because they said the shipping back to CHINA would be "way too expensive for me". Finally, after multiple emails, gave up at $19 refund. Was exhausted. That's their scam. Don't do it! I'm going to donate to Goodwill. Wish I could give 0.

Do not order from this company. Nothing they advertise/feature on social media or website is viable.
Ordered travel set. Paid for expedited shipping, item did come but about 6 weeks later. Run around when support at their email contacted. Requested return, got the runaround. Now want to offer $8 to keep item saying with cost $25-$30 to pay shipping to return!!!!! Fabric of item so thin in pants you can see through. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I received my order but which I ordered in Large . However the size of the pants must be One extra large and the tops were Small size . The label on the clothes were marked in Large and because of this they refused a refund. They offered me $7 US. I paid $148 Australian dollars .
Something should be done about this company .

Big Scam! The sweatsuit set does not look anything like what I ordered. I should of checked reviews before placing the order. The sweatsuit was made out of very thin material- almost like bed sheet thin fabric. Do not buy from them. They only want to offer me $8 as a refund after paying $45 for the product. Do not deal with this company.

!!!SCAM!!! I have been in an email battle with this company for two months now. I ordered my items on 1/10 and haven’t seen a thing. One email reply sent a completely different tracking number than the confirmation that was originally sent. Neither have been updated since February 2nd and say that the package is in two different places. I’m reporting it as fraud. Don’t fall for it like I did!

Total SCAM! Do not buy from this company! Never received my items! Ordered on 12/28/2024. It said shipping 3-7 days. It is 3/1/2025 and I have never received my 2 outfits I ordered. I have sent over 2 dozen emails and all I get back is a shipping notice that it delivered on 2/27/2025.IT DID NOT!

Terrible quality and terrible customer service. A scam

I want to give 0/5 review! They make their clothing look beautiful on their videos. They say the fabric for the item I ordered was a blend of cotton and spandex. They say it’s one of Oprah’s favorites. It does not appear to be a Chinese website BUT IT IS. At the time of payment shipping costs were $5.00. After charges went through PayPal shipping costs had risen to USD$25.00. Paying in CAD made it much higher. I complained to PP and received a partial refund. I finally received my order and it was THE WORST LOOKING 2 PC TRAVEL SET. The tag showed 100% polyester. The kind of polyester used for silk like pillow cases. It was very homemade looking I can’t even wear as pajamas it is so much material. HORRIBLE!! I decided to return and they said they are on vacation for 7 days and will contact me on return. I never heard and recontacted 10 days later and they have not replied. Let this be a lesson to me AGAIN to stop falling for these videos that make everything look so beautiful and affordable. They also say they are made in WEST VIRGINIA….LIES!! They are cheaply made in China. And the entire video is a lie. There are many of these same posts that show beautiful clothing with western models and they are all the same.

Zero stars is what they deserve. Ordered the "travel outfit". Paid for 3-7 day shipping, When it hadn't been shipped 15-days later I reached out. Their ad says ships from USA. They claimed to have "several warehouses",but everything comes from China. Product arrived and did not look anything like the ad. Poorly made and sizes are out of whack. Instead of an XL outfit I received 3X bottom and small or medium top. Immediately rechecked their return policy and requested a return label and refund. Sorry, they said, we sent what you ordered. Back and forth on 7th email now. They offered $4 on a $50 purchase. Then they offered $8. I have reached out to my bank and am in an online campaign to warn others about this company. I can only wait to see if my bank responds in my favor. I will continue to battle this company for my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY LIE, CHEAT and STEAL!

Extremely dissatisfied. Received my merchandise and requested return within a day of receiving. Contrary to the websites claim of 100% 90 day policy they would not let me return my product and offered me a fourth of what I paid as a refund. Do not buy from them

Horrible. I am on my 20th email to return this junk. They keep saying they can't offer me more, but now I am up to $30 refund. Junk is what these clothes are. I am not stopping and hopeful that I can post many places about this scam. The fact the company will not let you return the items.

There’s nothing less than one star so have to settle with one. Can’t believe how I got scammed like this! Junk is better quality than this Chinese made rubbish that I wouldn’t even mop my floor with! I feel so stupid! May they lose every single penny they take from all of us!

Ditto to all the other reviews.
I stayed in a email conversation with them for a few days to have evidence of the scam they are doing. Then I contacted my credit card company to stop payment. They were satisfied with the "evidence" I gathered.
I'm sorry I didn't do better homework about the company in advance. I hope all of these reviews help someone else.

Agree with all the comments here about them being scammers. They say their items are from the USA, even go so far as to say "proudly made in the USA" ... But they are Chinese junk! The material content is cheap polyester, the care instructions say dry clean recommended, and they are sent from China and take forever to get. I've been dealing with them for over a month trying to get the free return that they advertise and they are giving me a runaround. Do not waste your money with this company. They should not be allowed to do business due to their dishonesty.
