Takes a month to get it. Tracking is poor & inaccurate. They will not refund for any reason evidently. Very disappointing.

This website is misleading. The products do not come from the USA and they say they ship in 5 days. In 5 days the clothing items are in Ireland and the a month later you get your items. They come from China and the material is a shiny polyester blend not a soft knit like on the model. The top runs very small and the pants are very large. The 30 return guarantee is not honored. If you get the item what you ordered there is no refund even if it doesn't fit or fabric is not as shown. They suggest you offer it to someone else. They offer a 10% refund because of high shipping costs to China. Not sure I will ever get that.

Yes total scammers. They will also delete or hide comments on Instagram. First expecting a product from Ireland after almost a month and over a week of no action on tracking then I got a new tracking that did not work. I complained and got another this time coming from Shein/China not Ireland. Tracked all the way to delivery and they can't find my address. Just got another tracking today. Money loss I'm over it. So glad I use PayPal so they do not have my card number. If you sophisticated enough to do all that just go legit.

Scamming, fraudulent seller. Junk products. Not made in US. Takes 30 days to get to buyer through numerous customs and contract shippers. Refund policy says must be returned within 30 days. No return address provided, even upon request! When you open a PayPal dispute they try to give you a few dollars to go away. Stay the course and demand a refund.

Total SCAM! Do not buy from this company! Never received my items!

I ordered their promotional gray coverage for BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. So you would automatically think that when you order the buy one get one free the second product would automatically come with the one you ordered. Well I only got one product. They didn’t tend to tell you that you have to work in a cart to get the product free. All other websites that advertise buy one get one free means you automatically get that product with the product you ordered no additional steps, just buy one get one free. Don’t order from them they’re scam artists and they are the worst to deal with, their Company Culture is not Professional, but then again…

I have reached out a few times through their support email with no response. I cancelled an order before it was even shipped and the next communication I received was about my shipment status and that it was on route. I emailed twice explaining that I wanted to cancel the order and to date no response.

1. I looked up the 'about us' page on the website before placing the order as reviews are not favourable on other sites. (that will teach me to pay more attention to other reviews). This appears to be a family business based on USA. However, my order was drop shipped from China. My paypal confirmation came from a company name written in chinese.
2. There is no mention of additional taxes in the shipping information on the website or in the terms and conditions. There are taxes on the order that equal approx 24% of the value of the order that are not shown on the order confirmation. I used paypal and as soon as i received the order confirmation, an additional tax was taken as part of my paypal payment. I prefer shopping online with sellers that highlight that there will be taxes and approx amount. The fact that there are taxes, or the % taxes, are not known until order is placed and that it is being drop shipped from China, it is then too late.
So far i have not had any luck raising this with PayPal either because Seller confirmed goods were dispatched and did not respond to the taxes issue but PayPal found in the company's favour.
