I have again received an email claiming to have a contract with me for a claim.
This is UNTRUE !!!!
I have never contacted this company or replied to their emails.
ALL correspondence has been forwarded to Action Fraud.

Scammers . Apparently I've claimed for something, which is strange because I'm disabled and don't work or earn money. I live off my medical pension , apparently I also signed the document aswell , the address is wrong , the first name is wrong. Soooooo reported to action fraud and the FCA .action fraud said Don't interact with them they will deal with this .

Same as others, unsolicited email containing my details. Report to authorities

Never even signed up with them they should not be allowed to trade with underhand tactics like this

Hi also got multiple calls which i blocked without answering. . And the same email as others out of the 14 day cooling off period. No surprise there then. . Ive reported it to police. Has anyone had anything from them since telling them where to go. . ?

Just received an email with documents with my signature on ! Which I definitely never signed. This is obviously fraudulent .

I received an email with three documents attached one of which has my details on it (name and DOB are correct, address is incorrect) and apparently my signature. It is not my signature - it's just a squiggle. I know nothing about this agreement. I too have replied stating they are not for me or signed by me.

I too have received an out of the blue email from this company thanking me for engaging them to handle my claim .Then I received documents authorising them to work on my behalf which apparently I had signed 18 days earlier .
Having emailed and called them to state I had never signed any documents of theirs and where did they get my signature,I was sent an audit trail. This showed they had used my e signature dated 21/12 2023 from a company called "you sign " based in France . I have no recollection or correspondence with them either .
The important points are e-signatures are valid for 2/3 years ( licensed) BUT using them without permission is identity theft and fraud in the UK.
Obviously, Consultation Claims are making a living out of cancelled instructions,charging £139 plus vat for admin fees by sending documents after 14 days and by stealing or buying third party data signatures also in breach of GDPR law .
They need shutting down immediately and like others ,I have reported them to Action Fraud and the FCA
If you receive an unsolicited email from them ,delete and block them is my advice.

FRAUD I HAVE NEVER SIGNED ANY DOCUMENTS I DO NOT KNOW THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE BOUGHT MY INFORMATION THROUGH A THIRD PARTY!! AND TRIED TO SAY IVE INSTRUCTED THEM TO WORK FOR ME THEN TRY AND CHARGE YOU £160 to cancel!!!! DO NOT PAY THIS IS FRAUDULENT!!

An absolute scandalously behaved company. Somehow they have accessed my electronic signature and copied and pasted onto documents that I’ve never seen before. This includes their well hidden cancellation policy which is deliberately not transparent and one I would never have agreed to . Cancellation charge they are threatening me with now is excessive and disproportionate and penal. I cancelled any connection with this company because of being charged high fees for services that can be obtained for free. They never informed me about their hidden fees and they have copied and pasted my signature onto documents I’ve never seen so they can now feel they can bully me into charges I was oblivious of without justification.Administrative charges … for what ????? Scam???

Total scam, these people won’t leave me alone- texts emails saying I’ve signed up and my documents are in the post. I’ve never heard of them so assume they are falsifying my details to get a chunk of my car finance claim. I’m going to report to FCA today - awful fraudulent company

Received email with loads of attachments saying claim submitted. I've never had any connection with rhis or any other regards to any claims.

I have never engaged this company. I have just received by email a fraudulent completed document with a false signature for a motor finance compensation claim. I am about to report them to the FCA because this is outright fraud.

Despite having my cancellation notice being confirmed yesterday with no payment due because I cancelled within 14 days, today I received two emails saying they are submitting my claim? I advise anyone else who cancels to keep all emails as proof of cancellation. Seems to me the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

sent some emails that I opened and looked into and when I looked into it in detail I noticed about the commission they would charge which was not explained to me so I emailed them to inform them not to proceed with any claim for me. they then sent me a email with a signed document which is not my signature and told me i had to pay them over £166 to cancel with them.

SCAM & THIEVES

I worked for this "Company" from its inception until my dismissal some four months later. My dismissal came five days AFTER I was informed by my line manager that I had passed probation (something doesn't quite add up there!).

During my time there I have seen behaviours unbecoming of any professional and legitimate company. Management who think it is ok to bully and demean staff, stifle legitimate concerns and preside over total chaos within the office.

As for the actual job itself... I had concerns about its legitimacy practically from day one and reading the reviews elsewhere I am glad that I am no longer involved with what is at best a company of very dubious repute. Avoid like the plague .

As others have stated this company puts a fraudulent signature to a claim that they are supposedly dialling with on my behalf for the car finance. Also have received Emails from and have told them to stop harassing me.
They also called today and when I said about the fraudulent signature they have done they hung up without another word.

This company have taken my personal information and used it to try and process a claim for miss sold car HP.
I have never had a car on finance
They blamed a company called Darwin knight who sent them the information.
I tracked down Darwin Knight and called them to complain...strangely they number went straight through to Consultation Claims Ltd.
There is no customer service and lies.

THIS HAS BEEN FORWARDED TO THE POLICE

This company emailed my husband (who has dementia) with the subject box saying 'Completed: Signed Documents ' It showed 4 attachments with all his details filled in with an authority to go ahead and progress a motor finance claim including electronic signature and authority for that to be accepted. WE HAVE NEVER HAD MOTOR FINANCE! I phoned and although they were full of apologies, I'm not happy about the way they operate. I said if any other communications arise concerning this I wull go straight to the FCA.
