Consumer Rights were very helpful, polite and informative, guiding me through each step of the grant application. Even though it turned out I didn't qualify, I was impressed by their sensitivity and professionalism throughout.

Amy Roberts was brilliant. She is a pleasure to speak too. Very informative , helpful and made me feel comfortable on the calls. It was also easy to contact her again when I missed her on some occasions. She deserves a payrise definitely.

Robin is an asset to the company. From our first contact, Robin was polite and extremely pleasant. He helped me through what I felt was a mine field, as I have never claimed help for my aged mum before. He called back when he said he would and even arranged for a colleague to cintact me when he couldn't. Not sure if my mum will get any help, but it won't be for lack of trying from Robin - what a nice person , thanks Ann
