I have been supported by Aled my case manager over the last few months. Despite problems I had in my family’s health Aled showed me patience and compassion and aloud my application. On receipt of a letter through the post and follow up phone conversations Sophie ensured that all the "boxes had been ticked" so as to ensure the government grant for the eco 4 heating system installation went as smooth as possible. However for those thinking about applying for the grant and even with Sophie's help and assistance please be aware the journey to installation and commissioning is a long process.

Ray dealt with my application from the start; he talked me through the steps and walked me through the stages with ease.
I was grateful for the compassion he showed regarding my health conditions.
An installer was found within a matter of weeks, and I'm extremely grateful to having central heating and running hot water.
My loft insulation was also topped up.

In addition I wish to express my gratitude to Lucy, Shelley, and Matt. I'm now trying to advocate for my neighbour for works in his flat.

I was not sure I was eligible for the ECO4 scheme but Lucy was incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process answering any questions I had.

I received a letter from Consumer Rights regarding ECO 4 grants, I spoke to Say who explained how the process works and what documentation I needed to provide. Ray put me under no pressure and have me adequate time to source the documents. He has now forwarded my application forward and has provided good communication throughout, now waiting to hear from the installation company

I was more than happy with the information etc given by Lucy Clarke. She kept me in the picture at all times as regards to the position, with phone calls and emails.

After having tried several times to apply for a grant to some other schemes and getting nowhere, I was a little sceptical when I received a letter from consumer rights but tried anyway. I rang and spoke to Aled who was fantastic. He processed my application very efficiently clearly explaining everything in plain English as he did so and made it very clear that he would be on hand to assist in any way should any problems arise going forward. He put me in touch with John English at ARPG eco, another top fella whose team have been and completed all work in a very satisfactory manner. The guys carried out the work quickly and left the place neat and tidy. They are a credit to ARPG eco. Special thanks to Laura who kept me informed every step of the way.

Ok, so our application has been put on hold because of financial restraints from the Welsh/UK Government (surprise, surprise), but l have been informed there might be more money in the pot when the new financial year starts in March/April. We are not holding our breath, but l would still like to say a big thank you to Sophie Williams regardless whether we get help or not. A really lovely person that has done her utmost to try and get us some essential home improvements through the UK government backed scheme. Thanks again Sophie, and also a big thank you to John E of ARPG Eco Ltd.

I thought I’d try and get on this scheme thinking I’d not be entitled, I was wrong!
