Megan, at Consumer Rights has been very involved in bringing our updating Project to fruition. She has been attentive in liaising with contractors in arranging Surveys and subsequent installation s. She has taken a real interest on our scheme through to completion of work.

Fantastic service from Lucy Clarke through out the whole process. Highly recommended if any one get a letter from consumer rights for home improvement grants. Process was easy peasy, understandable and knowledgeable, very helpful as customer services are based in UK. Knowing very little about the Eco 4 scheme or for that matter any scheme relating to improving your homes energy efficiency, the information, advice and guidance received from Consumer Rights and in particular Amy Zalot has been invaluable. Amy is quick ro respond, her communication is clear and concise and if there are any hurdles along the way she quickly acts to get these resolved.
