THESE PEOPLE NEED INVESTIGATION FOR FRAUD

The "Lensus" contact lenses are so cheap in reality and very bad for the eyes health. Some are crocked too. I can show photos of how they are supposed to look vs how they really look. I was scammed.

It's a scam. I bought contact lens cleaner on 31st May and I am still waiting. I think I've got the message.

Exactly what everyone else has said. Ordered contacts in July and received nothing. Phone number led to a voicemail message saying "we have fuc**ed you, there are no contacts" followed by other profane words/terms. Absolutely disgusting. Website doesn't seem to exist anymore. No way to get money back. Hope these scammers rot in hell.

I paid for 3 packs of eye wipes on the 14th July. They never arrived. Despite several emails (there's no phone number to ring) I have not received the items, or my money back. Very bad company. I will never go to Contact Lenses Direct again

Unfortunately I’ve had the same experience as most people reviewing this company. However, I also think it’s worth pointing out that many of the 5 star reviewers seem to have mixed these scammers up with Lenstore who are great! Have reclaimed the money from my credit card company who said it’s a regular occurrence so they didn’t even need to investigate. Feel like a bit of an idiot for not checking reviews first!

Ordered contact lenses with express delivery, £80 taken immediately and the lenses still haven't arrived after 6 weeks. No communication received.

Do not use! It's a scam, they do not reply to Email's. Contact you bank, they should refund you and recover the money from ContactLense-Direct

This is a scam. Lenses never came and no reply.

SCAM - do not use. No contact lenses, no refund, no communication.

Have had to contact my card company for a chargeback

It's a scam. Ordered lenses and after an order confirmation, nothing. Chased several times and no response. Contacted my card provider for a chargeback.
How are these websites not closed down!
Avoid.

Its a scam, no lenses or reply's to emails after three weeks, cancel with you bank or credit card asap for a refund!

Don't buy, it a fraud

I have never received my purchase. And I have tried many times to get held with the customer service. But no reply. Now I have not got my items and also I have not got my money back. And there is no telephone number that u can call them.

This is a scam to part with your money and get nothing back I phone there phone and there was alot of BAD words said

This is a scam! Awful experience, after they received payment I did not receive my delivery and they don’t answer if you try and contact them so I won’t be getting my money back. I will be using feelgoodcontacts even though there has been a recent price increase across their products. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! The customer service number takes you to a voicemail message which actually says “we’ve ripped you off” (020 4505 4006) along with absolute profanity
