Ordered contacts on Aug 7 and they arrived Aug 18. Took a lot longer than expected.

Serious delay in processing.

I only learned in the email confirmation after I’d ordered that it could take up to 2 weeks to process my order. I couldn’t find this information anywhere on the website. My lenses will take at least another week to arrive and I have run out. This is a total delay of 3.5 weeks.

Will not be buying from them again.

Ordered contacts on Aug 17th and they still have not been processed. When I reached out about the status of my shipment they then responded saying they won’t be shipped until September 8th and calling this a "minor inconvenience" when I require these contacts to drive, work, etc…

Processing time was way longer listed and there was no communication until I reached out myself to find out what was going on. Order from another company!!

Ordered contacts from this company August 5th, package arrived August 31st, almost a month later. They provide carefully worded vague language on their website and the initial order confirmation email (its the fine print where they say, oh it might take a few weeks to fulfill your order) - this is nothing but an intentional strategic buffer that is an attempt to cover their butts so they can turn around and order your product from the manufacturer. I exchanged a half dozen emails with them throughout this horrendous delay and they refused to provide any timelines or clear ETAs for this order. I will never order from this company again. I recommend others go elsewhere too, unless you don't mind waiting a month for your order. BTW, after a few days I had to mitigate the risk of delay and bought contacts from "Clearly", and that order arrived in about 9 days. What a disappointing experience with Contactsforless.

Ordered contacts during the back to school sale. The price was the best of all the contact suppliers in Canada. Delivery was fast. Happy to support a small Canadian company.

Simple to search website, easy to enter prescription and order. I found ease and price better than other sites with the only benefit to the other sites being insights on stock (few left, backordered etc) and shipping time estimates before purchase.
