Ordered Friday July 31. Not shipped for 1 week until August 7. Price was good. Expected to be shipped by August 5. Called and asked fir an update Wednesday August 5 and received no response. You can do better.

Multi focus contacts
Hi, my left multi focal contact will not work for me reason why is cylinder an axis is not available on your order form. My right eye was 100% but left I can not wear I would appreciate if I could have a refund on left contacts ! Please, also I will reorder if you can update your order form in 6 months I had to reorder from my optometrist or if you wish a credit would be good too. Thank You Larry Baily

Are you saying that the product itself had the wrong parameter inputs so that you could not order your correct prescription? We do not know of any product with that issue on our site. Haven't heard of them before and there was no issue
First order with company I have not tried before and it went through without any issue. With another company it was too difficult to place an order. On time, what I ordered. Good price. Nothing to complain about.

Still waiting almost a month
Made a order july 17 it says 7 days. No response from company i had to send a email asking for a update turns out its a manufacturer issues. But they could of sent an email saying this but nothing was sent i made a call last week they said this week still nothing so if you need them right away be ready to wait
