I need toric multi focal lenses. They came in a couple weeks, ordering was easy. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong thing, and didn't realize until I tried a pair. What I ended up getting was just toric, so they were no use for my presbyopia.

Overall great experience. It was easy to find the contact lenses I needed. I got my package 7 days later. Fairly competitive pricing. I didn't know that they price match.

Bad service
Paid $100 for contacts, website is really hard to work with, does not give a place to upload a prescription, after emailing my prescription to customer support they said I ordered the wrong type, so I paid more for the right type only to find out AFTER paying more a second time that they dont have the right prescription level. Crooks here.

Zero Communication
Had a horrible experience with Contacts for Less. Shipping took nearly a month due to a 'hold up at the manufacturer '. There was zero communication from the company, I had to contact them for an update. Due to the hold up, I was forced to place another order from another store, low and behold, no hold up at the manufacturer, the shipment came directly from Alcon within a week. If you want fast service with good, honest communication don't buy from here, find another supplier as I did. I will not be back.

Totally fine. This is a completely commoditized product that can be purchased from one of a dozen companies. There’s really no difference other than price and shipping speed. ContactsforLess often has the best price and average shipping speed. No issues at all but also nothing to get excited about!
