When my Son and I were designing this controller for his Christmas present, ill be honest, I didnt expect it to look as good as what we had desiged. WOW I was so wrong!! It has turned up and is every bit as great looking as what we designed, in fact its even more impressive. My son is having it for Christmas but has seen it and he cannot wait to get his hands on it. Thank you so much for the perfect controller, speedy delivery and great customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I bought a pre-built Titan controller, and it is great. The service/delivery was really quick, and it solved my PS5 issues whilst being good value for a TMR solution.
The only downside was that it doesn't fit on the standard charger (due to the paddles unit) but USB-C works and maybe an adapter could be made.
Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Spent a fortune on a custom controller for my son and bought the extended warranty. 3months go by and my sons complaining that its not holding its charge so needs to be connected to a cable constantly then 5 months after that the controller fell apart in his hands! While we were both plaing on it! It literally popped apart like a jigsaw puzzle so I put it back together the best I could and I got in contact to arrange the repair only for them to tell me they aren't going to fix it!
Its been made out of CHEAP AND NASTY SHITTY plastic thats been forced into place and thats why its has sprung apart.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ANYWHERE ELSE APART FROM HERE!!!..

Ordered for my son’s birthday. The controller came quickly, to the exact specifications I had chosen and was well packaged. The customer service and communication was excellent. My son was very happy and I will definitely be ordering again for my next son’s birthday. I would highly recommend giving these guys ago! You will not be disappointed!

Bought a controller from controller modz and it’s the best I’ve ever used. I’ve had scufs and battle beavers and they don’t come close to this one. The whole process was really quick and I received my delivery within 2 or 3 days of ordering which was really impressive.

Great service, they replaced my dual sense thumbsticks for me as I was experiencing stick drift. Service was done in good time and I had the controller back within a few days. Very pleased with the results.

I came across Controller Modz website on google and decided to take a chance and have a custom made PS5 controller made.
I was shocked at how quickly it took to make and arrive, and I couldn’t be happier with it. Looks superb and the TMR sticks are so much better. The build quality is excellent.
I was that impressed I had a custom Xbox series x one made, which is also fantastic.
I found James very helpful and friendly when I contacted customer service about a change to my order.

The controller i bought had mouse click trigers amd tmr joysticks which have stick drift for some reason also i couldnt put the cross on it as welll

Great experience with customer service! The chrome red was discontinued and they emailed me about it so I emailed them back resolving the issue and within 10 minutes I had gotten an email back! I would recommend ordering on a computer but everything else was flawless and the controller feels and looks very high quality!
