Controller Modz Reviews

Great Service and am very pleased with my modded controller. Everything turned out The way I wanted it and worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Price wise 10/10, communication wise 10/10 got a personal email from the CEO all round great experience!

I one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with, controller is on point and they’re quick to rectify anything that needs it. Communication is top draw.
Great value for money, will 100% be purchasing my next controller with them and have also referred on to friends.

Great company. I ordered a custom ps5 controller from here 3 months ago. Very very happy with it. The buttons on the back and the clickey triggers are brilliant and well worth the money for call of duty.

Had some issues with the X button sticking so sent an email and they replied right away saying to send it back and they will fix or replace it for me. Since then I have even ordered another controller using the loyalty discount they sent me by email.

I really recommend this company over other custom/modified controller companies. I have had many friends also order from them now too. All very happy.

Not just the controllers are good, but the customer service is too. Which is rare with most businesses nowadays.

The service from these guys is very quick, they are great at communicating what is happening and helpful when there are issues. We needed a repair and they were brilliant. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommended

I ordered my son a personalised xbox x control for his 13th birthday, very quick delivery, my son is going to be very happy.
Thank you

Left it late to order for Xmas but the service provided, and the speed of dispatch and delivery was superb. Easy to use website, class designs. Looks fantastic, hopefully it'll play as good as it looks....thanks guys👍

Where do I begin? I’m am beyond impressed with this company! I ordered this on a Sunday and by Thursday it had been delivered! The quality is exceptional and exactly what I asked for. I ordered a personalised Xbox controller for my other half’s bday and I can’t wait to gift it to him! The quality, the efficiency, the customer service…10/10!
I was panicking trying to find a company that would deliver something personalised like this, especially since my other half’s bday is 2 days before Christmas! This company has not let me down, they’ve really come through and will make one gaming man very happy this year!
Thank you so much x

My Friend found this website after being let down by the scufs website when trying to buy the ps5 controller and i am not disappointed. controller is great and have no complaints regarding it.

the only comment i have is they should maybe stop the mods(not the back buttons or click triggers but the rapid fire and auto jump shot) as this is allowing people to cheat in games.

will be back when i need to get another one

The customer service is ridiculously good!
I’m a tech idiot who’s nearly 50 and decided to buy a controller to see if help’s my game play.
I had a few issues with getting it set up(me being thick) so I emailed James and he duely sent the instructions, still no joy at my end.
A few emails later and I was finally understanding my controller, James was so patient with and very understanding.
The delivery was super fast as well!

Can’t thank you enough

I ordered a custom PS4 controller as a gift for my boyfriend last year, which arrived on time and looked even better in person. This year, having been satisfied by Controllermodz I decided to get a custom ps5 controller from them, even though many people suggested Scuff. But I was so pleased last time and I didn't want to risk it. I realized I made the right choice because when the controller arrived I wasn't very pleased with the pink colour I chose because it did not suit the Flamingo Design. As soon as I got in touch with their Customer Service, James was so eager to solve my problem and sent a replacement controller in a different colour as soon as I sent him proof of postage. Controllermodz is lucky to have such a helpful employee. Our correspondence was very pleasant as he was replying very quick (even on weekends). Definitely returning to buy more !!

Ordered a controller Friday, came on Tuesday and it exceeding expectations. Build quality is excellent and sturdy. Will order again!

Purchased a customised controller for my partner as a Christmas present and she's delighted with it. Great design options, feels like a brand new controller (well, it is) and the Razorback features are so easy to use. Running around in Vanguard and jump shotting everyone with no effort so much fun. It also arrived around four days earlier than estimated.

Oh and they're really helpful and responsive with email queries. 10/10

Honestly couldn’t be happier, controller is just what I was after, the rear buttons are perfect. Quick delivery too.

Brilliant customer service. I needed a button changed after receiving the custom controller (due to me forgetting to change it) and they had it changed and returned with 2 days of receiving it back! Absolutely would buy again from this company . My son loved it

Orderd a custom PS5 controller and it came within a week feels amazing ! Everything I wanted it to feel and looks better than I imagined. Thanks! Happy customer and I'm going to be using again.

The quality of my custom Xbox one controller is amazing! Best company I have used and would definitely recommend them. They have fast delivery and great customer service, super helpful and very responsive.

I actually have to laugh at how good this company is LOL. i order a controller on Saturday and it came the following Thursday and let me tell you it looks better than the preview online. Beautiful controller and will defo be using controller modz for all my controllers going forward - 100%

The remote is great but it's only been 4 days since I got it and already one of the led light has stopped working, I kinda fear how long this remote will last :(

Very very nice costumer support and high quality controller. I love it. The buttons on the back work perfectly and a nice gadget are the interchangeable thumbsticks. The digital trigger and bumpers works also very nice! Really good controllers and nice support :)
