Product is great. I had a little issue but the customer service was excellent. I reach out, they responded and they resolved within a day. I appreciate they way they expedited the replacement.

Great service, refunded damaged spike

A few years ago my husband and I went to 30A, in Florida. While
We were there I saw CoolCabana being used.
I immediately went home and ordered one.
Since then I’ve ordered one for each one of my three daughters.

Now all of my friends are buying them! If we all had ours set up
At one time there would be seven in all!!!
People stop ALL THE TIME and ask me where I got it. I send them to your site. I honestly think I could sell them while sitting on the beach!

Although I have not received my cabana yet, I have to give the company 5 stars because of their excellent service. I neglected to enter my welcome coupon code upon checkout and asked to be credited. I was! I also asked a question about their product and received a timely response. Looking forward to using my cabana once it arrives.

The folks at Cool Cabana are excellent. Had a small issue with a part. They responded to my email immediately….resolved the issue and had a replacement part in the mail the next day

This company is amazing! They stand behind their product and are so wonderful to work with. I had a minor issue with the bag and they took care of it no problem. The cabana is such quality, easy to use, and I tell everyone I know about them (I have a beach house) so it gets a ton of use. Buy one!!!!

Customer service is unmatched! I emailed them about a bent pole. They asked me to purchase a replacement and then send them my order number. They sent me a full refund. This all happened within two days! So helpful and quick service!

We love our Coolcabana! This product is a game changer for us. We used to drag some heavy umbrellas to the beach and fight for space in the shade. Coolcabana is so easy to carry, assemble, and provides shade for the whole family. Customer service is excellent! I predefined the product while I was on vacation so I was considering that it might arrive after we left our vacation destination. I contacted customer service. I got an immediate response and was provided with several options.My Coolcabana arrived in just a few days.

First off I love the Coolcabanas tents. I don’t ever want to go to the beach without it. Recently a windy day on the beach turned into my sand spike getting badly bent. I reached out to Coolcabanas who resolved my issues immediately. Great customer experience and proving once again why they are the best. Also the patterns and accessories are top notch.

A couple of summers ago we noticed some CoolCabanas on the beach and thought it looked like a great alternative to regular beach umbrellas. A couple of months later we ordered three CoolCabanas for Christmas for our kids and ourselves. This is now the second summer we have enjoyed using ours. The product is very well designed and manufactured. It is easy to set up and take down and provides a good size area of shade from the hot sun.
Setting it up one day a couple of weeks ago we were surprised to find one arm had a broken since the previous use. It seems a fitting attaching the arm to the center support had somehow cracked and broken apart. I was able to use a few of my wife's hair ties to hold the extended arm in place for the day.
I reached out to CoolCabanas customer support. They replied that they don't sell replacement fittings and I should buy a replacement arm assembly. Since the warranty period had expired I figured the cost was on me but they immediately told me they would credit my purchase. I received the part in just a couple of days and right after that, they issued a refund to my credit card. Replacing the arm was a simple process which didn't take long at all to complete. We are looking forward to using it again on our next beach day!
Overall, we are extremely happy with our CoolCabana experience! The product is excellent and the customer support is outstanding!

I had an issue with the sand spike being curved and contacted customer service and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

We love our Coolcabana, which has significantly upped our beach experience. And, when we had an issue with one of the parts (the peg that goes into the sand) they replaced it immediately for free! Fantastic customer service on top of a great product!

More people we see on the beach, they watch us set up and down in no time at all. I’m sure more are selling just for that fact! LOVE Coolcabanas!!! All beach goers should have one!!!

Ordered the Coolcabana for our kids and Grandson. Our friends have one in Mexico and these are FANTASTIC for set up, take down, wind, rain,, never had any issue.

I needed to replace my main pole that holds up the cabana and I ordered the wrong one. I emailed them to ask how to return the poles I no longer needed and ask for a refund. They were very helpful and took care of the whole problem. This company is a great company witha great product. The Cabana is one of the best products we own!

My CoolCabana is exactly what I was looking for,for an extended day at the beach! It was easy to put up, was comfortable to sit under with four chairs beneath, and easy to take down, We did have an issue taking down the center pole/spike that required a replacement, and Customer Service could not have been more helpful. I called them on Friday, and my replacement parts arrived, free of charge, on Tuesday! Thank you!
