I wouldn’t want to write them even a one star I ordered and they said estimated between the 9th and the 10th didn’t receive until the 15th then was too late due to I had the party on the 12th
When finally arrived, yes it’s good quality but you need to order well in advance as when they say estimated and they put the dates they never turn upon time

Antwoord van Coolhippo Personalised Banners & Gift wrap
Hi,
We're sorry your order didn't arrive in time for your party.
Just to clarify the delivery times shown when the order was placed, the delivery option selected was:
Standard Tracked - ESTIMATED 3-4 days - 97% of items arrive by the estimated date however is not guaranteed and may take up-to 10 days - FREE
Your order was placed on the evening of Sunday 6th September and was produced and dispatched the following day, Monday 7th September, so there was no delay in producing or dispatching your order.
Royal Mail delivered the parcel on 14th September. Unfortunately, Standard Tracked is an estimated rather than guaranteed delivery service, and on this occasion Royal Mail took longer than their usual delivery estimate. We tell you this information on checkout, on your order confirmation and it is also viewable on our delivery page - https://www.coolhippo.com/delivery-information
For orders needed for a specific date or event, we strongly recommend selecting one of the faster delivery options available at checkout, with Express delivery available from as little as £1.99.
We're pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the banner, and we're sorry that the postal delay meant you weren't able to use it for your party.
Kind Regards,
Cool Hippo
