Overall, I had a good experience with Coolivin.

Communication was smooth. I booked the room about three months in advance, and everything went well. When I arrived, someone from Coolivin was there to greet me, show me around the flat, and help me settle into my room.
The flat was very clean, and a cleaning service came once or twice a week to take care of the common areas.
They communicated with us via WhatsApp, which was convenient and easy to use. They were also very responsive, answering quickly whenever I sent a message. For example, I had an issue with my blinds that wouldn’t open, and they came the next day to fix it, which I really appreciated.

However, I feel that the price is excessive for what’s provided. I was paying €950 per month, all charges included, for a room in a six-bedroom flat. I know prices are high in Lisbon, but I still think this is too much for just a single room.

I encountered two main issues with Coolivin in the flat I as in (Saldanha #4)

1. All rooms had a high humidity level, leading to mold on the ceiling of my room. I asked if I could have a dehumidifier, but they said the only solution they could offer was to repaint the ceiling.
2. When I arrived at the apartment, I noticed there was no duvet on my bed, even though it was listed as included in the room description. I informed them immediately, but they explained they were having issues with their laundry service, and no duvets were available. They only managed to provide one four days later, and it was quite cold since it was February. I was disappointed that they didn’t make more of an effort to find a solution sooner.

In the end, I enjoyed my stay with Coolivin and would recommend them.

I had an amazing experience.
I've stayed almost 3 months in Marquês de Pombal apartment. Super clean, cozy and i had all the support i needed during this time.
Also, the apartment has a good bed, good shower and good kitchen stuff.

Definitely recommend.

I lived in a beautiful flat in Saldanha (Saldanha #3) with all new furniture and good kitchen eqipment. Booking was very convenient as well as the contact to the agency. Worth the price.

Overall great experience. Rented a room for 4 months while studying in Lisbon and can recommend it to everybody who is looking for a big and clean room!

I had a great stay. I was there about 3 weeks. The location was nice and the street is very calm and quiet. The place was clean and the management was quick to reply to me. The wifi was fast and worked well. Highly recommend.

Ótima hospedagem, recomendo para quem está a buscar um local para trabalhar remoto em Lisboa com um ótimo preço-qualidade. A localização é ótima, próximo dos principais pontos de Lisboa e ao lado de uma estação de metro.

I was very happy with my experience in one of coolivin's apartements. I stayed for one year in one of the rooms at Principe Real and I really enjoyed it. The location is amazing, one of the best in the city, the neighborhood quite and bright. Also, coolivin's team is available and attentive to the issues and requests I had.

The flat was super nice, very modern and well equipped. The staff always helped us out when we needed something or something had to be fixed. However, it’s a little overpriced but therefore I lived with very nice other Erasmus Students!

Amazing apartment, fully equipped and the location speak for itself. I would recommend Coolivin to any student for sure.

The apartment was amazing. I lived there for 5 months and I was really happy with my room. The kitchen was big and had a lot of machines. I can totally recommend to live there.

I really enjoyed my stay in a cooliving flat in saldanha. The flat was very nice and big, ideal for living with other 5 persons. The rooms were functional and modern, while the kitchen fully equipped of all you need. In general the agency is well organized and always present when you need somenthing.
Saldanha is also an amazing neighbourhood to live in Lisbon.

I really recommend using the services of Coolivin. The cooperation was smooth, the apartment clean, well-equipped, and at a good price. From my perspective, it is the best place for mid - long term rental option in Lisbon!

All the Coolivin guys were super friendly and nice :) However, for me personally it was unfortunately inconvenient regarding the move out as I found a successive tenant but still didn‘t receive the whole deposit back. So just make sure to read the contract carefully.

In general, booking with coolivin you'll get everything that has been agreed upon. The room was very nice, furniture and everything has been as described in the internet. We even got a little heater for the colder days which was nice. Usually coolivin will be quick to repair things that are broken. Only once we had to wait longer for something to be repaired, but this was only a minor thing. The house was a bit noisy, such that I needed earplugs for a good sleep on a few occasions. Apart from that, it was a good time in a nice room in a very central location. So, I can definitely recommend booking with Coolivin. I stayed for 6 months.

My staying in Lisbon was awesome and the apartment I lived in played a key role in this experience. The house manager(s) were extremely nice giving support at every step, especially at the very beginning since it was my first time renting a place on my own. The house was in good conditions and the neighborhood was provided with all the necessary services at short walking distance. I definitely recommend it to any student wishing to have a great time!!!

I enjoyed living in one of the Coolivin flats for my second year of uni, the stuff was very friendly and helpful with any issues. Especially the Pub-Crawl event with all Coolivin tenants was amazing.
The rooms/kitchen are nice with decent storage space and the internet speed was amazing especially with my lectures mostly on Teams. The neighborhood (Saldanha) was lovely and quiet as well as full of various restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. The location is good as well as your close to the town and metro station.

Coolivin is a very well organised agency, they provide beautiful and functional apartments from many points of view. Personally, I think they’ve been very professional with me, always present in case my flatmates and I needed something, and my room was fully provided of what a student needs.
