I bought 4 heaters from them and had them installed by a qualified electrician. When testing the install one of the heaters overheats after 30 seconds and turns off so the electrician uninstalled it and marked it faulty.
I have been trying to get a replacement heater now for a week and all I get is replies telling me that the heater isn't faulty. In what way is a heater that won't stay on for 30 seconds not faulty.
The basic level of service I expect from any supplier is that if they supply a broken product they replace it with one that works. That's a basic legal right and these guys are refusing to follow it.

Great service from our initial email through to delivery. The team were very helpful reviewing product specification whilst working with current stock levels on this turnkey project.

I needed a dehumidifier for laundry drying - I was given excellent advice by George Wrigglesworth and the item was with me the next day. It works well. I am happy.

Product has now been assembled and being used in the field.

Easy to contact them by phone. Very helpful customer service. They answered to all my questions with a lot of patience.

George helped me chose a suitable patio heater, and more importantly saved me from buying an unsuitable product.
He is a credit to his company, being helpful and polite without any sale pushiness involved.
10/10 from me on customer service.

Purchased a space heater In Jan 2021, a month later thought we still hadn't received it. Put a call in to George, who instantly confirmed that it had been dispatched the next day and provided a POD to prove it, egg on our faces as it hadn't been booked in!
As always, excellent service from George and his team.

Fantastic customer service from George. I purchased a space heater from them and when it arrived the day after I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality. The heater is by far the best one we have purchased over many years, can definitely recommend the company and the heater.

I recently purchased two heaters that are fantastic, Jessica was fantastic on the phone very friendly and answered all my questions. I would recommend these units they made my man cave a haven. Mr Wilson.

I ordered an industrial heater and it arrived broken. The seller promised to send me a replacement part to try and fix it but the promise was never fulfilled. As a result 20 people had to work in near freezing conditions and a month later the problem is yet to be resolved. Total waste of time and awful business practice.

Update on 14/01/2021, After a long and tiring process of emails and phone calls the company finally delivered a working heater. I am adding a star for that but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Brilliant Service. Managed to get everything I needed . Had a number of people working my case and there was always a response to my email within 30 mins. Goods delivered on time.

Baffled by all the positive reviews. First experience about a month ago was ok - no order confirmation but PayPal payment confirmation was adequate. No delivery or tracking updates but the item arrived within 48 hours and all seems to work so I’m happy (an extra star because of that experience)

This time I ordered 3 heaters about a week ago. One arrives within 48 hours and but no sign of the other two. The lack of tracking information became an issue so tried to contact Heatersuk. Customer service have gone awol so I’m getting no response from phones, emails or contact form messages. I assume it’s the Christmas x Covid demand overwhelming them but even some automated/website communication is better than total silence. Filling their boots whilst ensuring no customer comes back is a pretty short-sighted business strategy for a substantial corporation.

It’s a shame but looks like I’ll be getting my payment refunded by PayPal and ordering from someone else.

Thank you so much George for doing me a great deal and also for being totally honest with me, it makes a nice change to deal with somebody so helpful.
Looking forward to receiving my goods as promised tomorrow.

Purchased 2 Arcotherm EC55 marquee heaters - great price and great service. We thought one had gone wrong & they sent someone out straight away - turned out it was our fault - we bought an under-powered 110V transformer!
