Range Cooker
My girlfriend and I were staying in Bath for the weekend, and we saw a range cooker we liked in the window. The instore staff were brilliant & talked us through the range cooker options, explained everything clearly to us. We live in SW London, and the Coopers team arranged a mutually beneficial time to deliver the cooker (it was a long way for them to go). The delivery team were fantastic, getting a heavy range cooker up a steep narrow set of steps. Pricing of the product was excellent. The only annoying thing is that they're in Bath, so we can't buy everything else from them as it's a long way to go and see things!

First class customer service and advice. I always use Coopers for home appliances. Especially noteworthy is their delivery service, which was evident recently in overcoming access problems for a new range cooker (include removing the old cooker).

Brilliant Schonhaus Washer Dryer
Absolutely fantastic service. Most helpful, thank you Gary. From speaking with the team at Coopers to delivery in 24 hrs and I even got a discount for buying a washer dryer that was on the shop floor. Communications were amazing, two hour delivery window provided. Machine expertly installed for me. I couldn't Be happier with my new Schonhaus Washer Dryer. The machine far exceeds my expectations for a washer dryer of this price, it is like a £1000 machine at half that price. Highly recommend Coopers and go for a Schonhaus, I like it better than my previous AEG and Miele washer dryers. Gary you were spot on when you said you get a lot of machine for your money with Schonhaus. Free delivery too. 5 Year Warranty - unheard of! Super happy. Almost forgot to mention how good the machine looks and how little I can hear it when in use.

Great home appliances, great service and competitive prices.
We have used Coopers for our home appliances for nearly 30 yrs now and as ever, excellent service and competitive prices.
Our kitchen designer saw the invoice and said, I quote - "wow! Those are really good prices you got there!".
The two lads who delivered the goods were excellent and really went above and beyond - we live in an upside down house so everything had to go up stairs and mostbof it was big and very heavy.
No complaints from them, there were really careful with our goods and the walls and were verybpolite and friendly. Nothing less than I have come to expect from Coopers. Highly recommended.

I’m very sorry you felt you weren’t kept properly updated on the delivery day. I’ve looked into this further and can see the washing machine was delivered within the timeframe quoted at the point of purchase, but I’d still like to understand where communication could have been better.
