A slight glitch meant I wasn't notified when my washing machine arrived in store as promised. Apart from that the service was prompt, efficient and friendly, especially on the part of the delivery guys. and the product is working well.

Washing machine
Washing machine. My son and I came to seek advice on buying a new machine. We were met with courtesy and helpful advice. The next day I rang to place an order. I received a follow-up phone call advising me of the possible delivery date. The new machine arrived within a few days despite it being the run up to Easter. Our old machine was taken away all with the minimum of fuss. We will certainly recommend Coopers. Actually I have dealt with you on several occasions so was confident our needs would be met. Coopers service excellent as always. Very helpful in general and extremely accommodating when we had to delay our delivery. The delivery itself was difficult due to access problems but was handled cheerfully and efficiently. I would recommend Coopers for a good range of products at a competitive price and staff who are both knowledgeable and helpful.
