Coptrz Reviews

Excellent experience from start to finish. The whole RPC-L1 training and assessment process was very well organised, and both the instructor and assessor were knowledgeable, professional, and clear in their guidance.

I particularly appreciated that all equipment was provided on the assessment day, removing any worries about forgetting something important when travelling.

Many thanks to Louis, Philip, and the rest of the Coptrz team for their excellent delivery and support. I would highly recommend Coptrz to anyone looking to complete their drone training and assessment.

Some called from Coptrz and promised to get back but nobody called or replied at all more than 1 week. No response bit disappointed

Recently completed my flight instruction and assessment through Coptrz.
I had a very laid back but informative training session with Louis at the start of the day. He was very patient with me and gave me plenty of time to find my feet with each section of the assessment process.
My final assessment was carried out by Luke, he was a little more no nonsense than Louis but then I feel that's the way it should be for the assessment.
The guys worked well together and looked after us well throughout the process.

The course was heavy but the trainers made it worth while. The info and skills learned have help me lots. The whole 3 days were great especially the flight testing on day 3

Recently bought a lot of equipment from, and under took the RPC Level 1 course with Coptrz. Really good support from start to finish.

I had my RPC 1 training and assessment with Louis and Luke, who are both very friendly and knowledgable.

Luke did a really good handover of our M400 with my colleague and provided us with a cheat sheet for settings for our payloads to get the best results.

Olivia kept everything on schedule with our order and training, making sure we had everything we needed to progress.

Really nice company to work with, you are in good hands with Coptrz!

I recently completed the RPC L1– GVC conversion with Coptrz and found it to be an excellent training experience.
As with many visits to Coptrz found the training well structured, easy to follow, and delivered at a pace that suited me.

The instructors, Louis and Philip, were highly knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer questions. They provided clear explanations of both the theoretical and practical aspects of drone operations, providing some excellent tips and tricks I had not heard of before. Their supportive and engaging approach created a positive learning environment throughout the course.

I would highly recommend the RPC L1 Course with Coptrz to anyone looking to gain or expand their drone qualifications. The quality of instruction from Louis and Philip, was excellent, thanks again.

We recently purchased a GX1 from Coptrz and the whole process went smoothly. Bailey and Jack kept us updated throughout, from letting us know when the equipment arrived with them to arranging delivery, and were always quick to respond to any questions. We've now got everything set up and have already used the GX1 today. Thanks to James, Bailey and Jack for making the process straightforward and keeping us informed throughout. Much appreciated.

Other course i have done with Coptrz have been great but the Introduction to UK SORA was awful and told you little to nothing

If your going to do your A2 COFC course and exam I highly recommend Coptrz.
Great communication, very helpful with advice and troubleshooting.
Special thanks to Olivia Lees, great asset to the company and thanks for all your help.

I recently completed the RPC L1 Course with Coptrz and found it to be an excellent training experience. The course was well structured, easy to follow, and delivered at a pace that suited both beginners and those with some prior drone knowledge.

The instructors, Louis and Luke, were highly knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer questions. They provided clear explanations of both the theoretical and practical aspects of drone operations, making complex topics easy to understand. Their supportive and engaging approach created a positive learning environment throughout the course.

The training materials were comprehensive and helped build confidence in understanding aviation regulations, flight planning, safety procedures, and operational responsibilities. The practical flight training was particularly valuable, offering hands-on experience in a supportive environment while reinforcing the skills required to operate safely and effectively.

The combination of classroom learning and practical application ensured a strong understanding of the RPC L1 requirements. Overall, I would highly recommend the RPC L1 Course with Coptrz to anyone looking to gain or expand their drone qualifications. The quality of instruction from Louis and Luke, the course content, and the support provided throughout the training made it a worthwhile and enjoyable experience.

I couldn't fault the guys at Coptrz at all, they all made me feel at ease with the RPC-L1 assessment, even though I had never really flown a UAS before. I had my instruction period that made the license feel much more attainable for me. I had my test up in Leeds, which was a lovely open space to fly the drone with barely any hazards around that could distract from the test. It was an all round great experience.

Easy to register, easy to follow good quality training. A good use of videos and other material delivered in a logical way. Definitely recommend Coptrz to others wishing to progress their training.

Just took my RPC-L1 licence with Coptrz. All the crew were great! Very clear with information and made the day enjoyable whilst being very professional. Special shout out to Louis who was my instructor for the day. Would highly recommend Coptrz.

Knowledgeable instructor, delivered the course in an engaging and enthusiastic manner. Good emphasis on discussion and real-world examples, not 'death by powerpoint', as I was expecting.

Can't recommend enough for the RPC-L1 training course.
Louis, Luke and Phillip were all very knowledgeable, really friendly and helped with all problems and queries throughout the course to make sure everything was understood.
They were a great team who made sure that everyone would pass the course with ease

Straight forward need for a GVC Renewal. Quick discussion over its future validity and yes it suited me. Onto the course and revision was well presented as was the online exam. A couple of days later a new GVC certificate. Very happy and contented UAS operator

Taking the GVC Flight test in Leeds Louis was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, put me at ease from the get go, clear with all his instructions and happy to explain if and when I had any queries about anything required, making the experience as pleasant as it was rewarding.
