Never recieved package
Never recieved package. I emailed them and they keep telling me to check with neighbors and for me to go start an investigation with postal service. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and they refuse to give me a refund.

DOES NOT WORK
Case does not work under water. Worked fine out of water but once submerged you cannot press anything on your phone screen. I did reach out to them before posting this, where they asked for a video of this- which i sent. After numerous emails back and forth, they just keep telling me "they're investigating and thanks for my patience" Very disappointing considering this is a $100 case

Bought it in April this year-malfunctioned by May
Bought it in April this year. The charging port cover broke in May. Have repeatedly asked for a new one or a refund. They're just ignoring me now. They haven't refunded, haven't returned my latest emails and don't answer their phone.

AVOID. SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY ELSEWHERE
Terrible customer service sent wrong item (style) tho was right for my phone so used it anyway its the worst cover I've ever used it muffles the mic and speaker so much that if you want to make or receive calls you need to do so without case
They then blocked me from email and refuse to answer calls avoid this company unless your happy throwing your money away honestly temu has better covers for 1/4 the price

Sending faulty phone case
I bought a phone case and it was over £50 that includes delivery. When my case arrived it was missing the finger print sensor. I reported this to that 10mins after it was delivered. I had to send several emails just for them to reply they wasn't helpful at all more like we have you money it's now your problem.
Luckily I paid with PayPal and got a full refund.
I would advise staying away as I would want anyone else to go through this.
