Service very good. But due to an misunderstanding, I had to swap my new TV for one that supported the apps I wanted. Initially I was not told I couldn't get the apps I wanted on the first tv. It was the delivery man who told me. He also told me I couldn't record from it, but I can, using my BT box. I had to pay again for the delivery of the 2nd tv. The delivery man wasn't allowed to set up the apps, due to passwords. I had to enlist a good friend to do it.

Helpful staff, good advice and service got the dishwasher I wanted at a good price and fitting service was brilliant.

They were very helpful from the initial enquiry, they delivered on time and kept me informed about the delivery and most importantly, for me, their two delivery men kindly took the appliance down into our cellar - thank you.

Spent ages looking for a range cooker on line, as my old one blew up quite literally.
After much faff I thought let's look local so Corbetts it was.
The staff were very helpful and looked into the time frame for delivery as I knew it was at least 3 months. I paid a deposit and my order was placed. I opted for having the old one recycled when the new one was delivered, and the delivery guys were super efficient and with a sense of humour.
Three months to the day I have my new range in situ. Corbetts also recommend local companies who could install it or remove gas or electrical fittings. There's also an in-house service. All in all a painless well informed process.

Right from my first telephone enquiry to Corbetts in Chipping Norton, the service we received was outstanding. Were looking for a new TV for my 90-year old Dad, but couldn't get to the shop. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and completely understood what we needed. We ordered on Thursday and delivery was set for the following Tuesday. On Mon evening I got confirmation of estimated delivery time (2hr slot); they actually arrived 10 mins early. The two delivery men were very friendly and took very little time to fit the new TV and complete the set-up so it was ready for Dad to use. They also took away the old TV (small charge for this). Very happy to recommend Corbetts.

I bought a chest freezer on the websute and was able to choose a delivery date. I was emailed the day before to give me a 2 hour timeslot for delivery. Delivery was on time.

Just great. Lovely helpful staff in the shop. Competitive prices. Speedy delivery by 2 courteous and on time freindly drivers. Highly reccomended, a 5 star local company. We wouldn't shop anywhere else.

After frustrating and confusing searches on-line for white goods for my new kitchen, I discovered Corbetts in Chipping Norton.
Within 10 minutes of expert advice, I left the shop having purchased a fridge/freezer, a ceramic hob and a simple microwave, all delivered and unpacked 2 days later.

Corbetts delivered our new tumble drier extremely quickly and most efficiently. They removed the packaging, installed and tested the machine in situ and promptly took away the old machine. They left our house clean and tidy. Cheerful and respectful, the delivery men were a credit to the company.
