Mowing gift brings joy
Communicated with company about delivery ahead of surprise bday. They were fantastic with their replies and delivered perfectly first thing on the day of choice. Gentleman were amazing driving into back garden the ride on and explaining all we needed to know and checking in with us before leaving that we were happy with everything. We did have one of the 3 batteries included as a different model but hoping they will fix that aoon

Questions over purchase were answered quickly and comprehensively but could have been avoided if more feedback had been after the online purchase was made.

Good products, poor delivery
Good products and competitively priced, the order was sent quickly. Only three starts because the delivery was so poor. DHL left the items (£450 of electrical equipment) at the end of a long drive in the rain. They also left it outside the delivery window, so it could easily have been damaged or stolen without us knowing it was there and before we had a chance to bring it in.

Delivered on time and all ready to go so no complaints on that score. However there was no instruction book with the machine, which although not essential would have been nice.

Ex demonunit but as good as new.
I bought an ex demo Stihl hedge trimmer. The price was £40 below their new price which a already the lowest I could find online. The item arrived well packaged in an original box, in excellent condition with instructions and wall bracket.

So far, you didn’t have the item in stock when the website showed it as available, then you delivered only part of the order but claimed it was complete, then found the missing elements were lost in transit, and the replacements were not yet in stock. But you do seem to be sorting it out nicely..
