Obtaining a plumber who visited the next day was really great. He came as promised and made our problem safe and usable. He ordered a part and fitted it the next day for a complete fix. Great response all round.
Prompt attentive solved problem followed up with courtesy call
Engineer arrived on time having given me prior notification of arrival time. He was polite and diligent and gave no cause for concern or criticism.

Curtis the engineer was excellent, great knowledge and nothing was to much trouble.
Skipping to the end and the service - the engineer was very friendly professional and helpful. I appreciated his feedback and the installation of a carbon monoxide detector following his suggestion.
However, getting to this point took two cancelled appointments by a different engineer, including one during the actual time window and many many phone calls.
The service centre staff were always friendly and helpful. The engineer who let me down has been removed from my list of potential engineers for future work.

I have no problem with the prompt response to arranging an engineer to call & the engineers that have visited our property. What I have got a problem with is the lack of service thereafter. I have no communication from you whatsoever, following the engineers visits, and feel that we have just been left in limbo. I had to chase you up the first time an engineer called. I am the customer & should not have to be chasing you up all the time! I appreciate that you may be busy, but the courtesy of a phone call/email to let me know what’s happening, would not go amiss.

I had a gas leak I rang the emergency number and the young lady I spoke to was quick to get somebody to my home. But person from Cadent said I did have a leak but he couldn't repair it. I rang Corgi again and she got an engineer out quickly who sorted everything out
