Competent, efficient, no hitches or surprises, with a high level of feedback and updates throughout the process. Thank you Martin!

Purchased a condo using the Thai foreign ownership scheme. Martin explained every step of the process clearly. Anda and Yai handled the sale and paperwork in a professional manner.

Good advice, reliable, trustworthy

"I'm delighted to recommend Anda from Cornerstones. Her data sharing has been incredibly accurate, and her local knowledge has been invaluable, especially as an expat navigating unfamiliar territory. Her communication skills are top-notch – clear, concise, and always responsive. Additionally, she expertly managed my property, providing exceptional service and attention to detail. I've since referred two more friends to her, and I'm confident they'll receive the same high level of professionalism and care. Anda's expertise and dedication make her a standout asset to Cornerstones. I wholeheartedly endorse her and would be happy to work with her again."

When you arrive in a new Country to settle and make it home the one thing you need most is good people around you, that you can completely trust. Our earlier research had picked out Cornerstone Real Estate as the right place to come to for help finding a home. And upon arrival in Pattaya, we were not disappointed. Excellent customer service with a smile. Good people lead by great management. A special mention for Anda who continues to be a great support. Thank you team Cornerstone!

We wanted to pass on our thanks to Cornerstone and in particular Anda for finding our new home.

In addition, Anda has been amazing throughout the whole process of looking at properties and working through the rental process. She has been so helpful in providing us with information and going the extra mile to help us with our internet connection. Anda is also very professional in the way she went through the inspection process on signing the lease. Anda has been very responsive even after the signing of the lease with any maintenance and questions we have had.

We can see that Anda would be a true asset to your team.

I was recommended to Cornerstone by a friend and had no knowledge of looking for rental properties in Thailand, I was contacted by Sea from Cornerstone after my initial email, I was shown a property which I really liked and that was it really, I didn't have to do that much as Sea herself took care of all the details, my trepidation at renting in a foreign country was put at ease by the quick, friendly and professional way that Sea handled my request, top tier service, well recommended.

WARNING! They play the bait and switch games by advertising good units to hook you into contacting them, and they replying, "Sorry, it's been rented" and then bumping you to higher and better commission based sales. And a month later, the Bait Property that has been sold or rented is still advertised as available to hook new clients.

The most important part of any real estate team is the agent that shows you the available condos and inventory. In my case I had an expert. Sea asked the right questions got to know me, she understood my needs and wants. She knew the difference and that's important. She didn't take me to places outside of my budget. Her instincts and knowledge paid off. We only looked at three apartments before I found my dream home. Sea was friendly funny at times and patient. I would recommend her to anyone. 5 stars all the way.
