Cornerstone Mantels & Fire Reviews

price was certainly the best i could find, delivery was less than a week

I asked a question and 2 customer service reps called me back

I appreciated the help that I received.

Fast delivery. Good packaging. Great selection.

The first email thanked me for my order. The 2nd email cancelled the order and I was refunded my money. The product I ordered you apparently don't sell. It was Louisiana Grill Seasonings.

This is a great tabletop fireplace. It really does produce a lot of heat. We use it on our deck and have received many compliments on it. Planning on buying more for gifts.

Fast honest and quick return of response. Easy.to deal with. Quality products and service.

Knowledgeable sales people, great service, fast turnaround. I would definitely use them again.

We were in the market for a friend's birthday present and thought a small fireplace would be a great fit. After several phone calls and messages, someone returned my call and answered my questions. We placed the order about a week before the birthday figuring it would come in time. 2 weeks went by and we did not receive the package. Then we received a phone call that there was an issue with the warehouse and finding the products. We then received the product nearly two weeks after that. In total we waited nearly a month for the delivery. We were very late with his present. That was unfortunate.

We ordered on line and everything came in just as we hoped it would!

Great and fast shipment great communication

Great service, best price. Fantastic.

The price and service was great. We did however have multiple glass beads literally blow up/explode while we were enjoying our fire pit outside. No the most safe, we do have a large amount of beads and out of the total amount approximately 3-4 beads exploded.

Ordered glass beads and i got glass beads super fast thanks

The fire pit glass arrived in a timely manner and it is the perfect color! One thing that might make ordering easier, would be to approximate the volume by an approximate number of cups rather than the pounds. I might have ordered more.

Did not have what I needed even though it was on the web site. No indication until I contacted customer service to find out about my order. Refund was quick after that.

Good prices vs other vendors for same product. But time from order to receiving item is pretty long.

We had a very good experience with our purchase with respect to price and timeliness. We would recommend them to individuals buying from them.

good products at reasonable price

Great price Thanks

It fit the smoker perfectly.
