Cornerstone Mantels & Fire Reviews

torches are absolutely wonderfull, but seller was not informed of manufactures eliminated accessory, waited to long for refund on accessories that manufacture no longer carried, a post cover, I found it elsewhere from different manufacture, seller should educate and be up to date on items

They were great to work with. Very impressed with how fast I received my grill.

I would buy here again and suggest that others do also.
You usually do not get through to a customer rep when you call.
However, they always call back when you leave a message.
Lean staffing probably enables their excellent pricing compared to other vendors.

Very knowledgeable and more than helpful. Great pricing. I will reccomend all my customers, family and freinds. Thank you!

I want to start this review by thanking Spero Conomikes. I had place an online order and i was trying to DYI my new outdoor fire pit. I had placed my order and made a mistake on the size of the fire glass that i wanted. I called the costumer service line and left a message. No more than 15 minutes last i received a call from Spero. We discussed the glass and then went through my order. Spero was so knowledgeable about the products he pointed out that i had ordered part that would not work for the completed system. After Spero and began to talk it turns out that Spero is part owner and was more than willing to make sure that my order was perfect.
I highly would recommend Cornerstone Mantels & Fire to anyone that is looking for something on their website. You will be in great hands.
Thank you Spero

I am building a table that will have a burner in the middle. The sales rep was fantastic and walked me through exactly what would be best. He did not try to up sell me anything and the price was great. When I received the product it was very high quality too!!

I found Cornerstone Mantels had the lowest price. I saved over $160 fro retail price at my local store for exact same product!

Assistance on phone- ordered- delivered in 3 days---the way it should be with all business!

I ordered a stainless steel firepit cover on a Wednesday. The cover showed up the following Monday...super fast! Free shipping and the item was packaged very well to prevent damage in transit. I would definitely shop with Cornerstone Mantels & Fire again.

If you can order online you won't have any problems. They are a good company with trustworthy products, and they get the product out of the warehouse very fast. On two separate orders they called me back several days later after leaving them a message. In each case, I had already ordered the item online. I even had tracking numbers. In short, I will continue to order from Cornerstone but only online.

Other than a lack of documentation which may or may not be necessary, most people will figure out what to do fairly quickly. Quality and workmanship is excellent. Pricing is the lowest I could find.

I placed a order before Christmas and I haven't recieved it. I spoke with a man 2 weeks ago that said they would ship out next day. still no package.

The folks at Cornerstone are AWESOME!

They delivered my order and reduced the shipping costs saving me about $60. What a great experience!

I've been in the direct marketing business for 35 years and I've not ever had such a great delivery. Thank You

I ordered the wrong unit, they replaced it no charge but billed me twice, once for each log unit. Second unit arrived in pieces. The delivery timeline was slow to arrive and I had to ship back the damaged unit. At which point, I cancelled my order all together. After verifying the return delivery of both units to the distributor through UPS I still did not receive a credit for two charges of over $900 each. Had to file a dispute with the credit card company. NEVER again!

Knowledgeable staff and helpful.

Received fire pit wind guard, with different dimensions than quoted when i spoke with sales person. i am returning.

Fast shipping! Item exactly as described and very impressed with the packaging for shipping. Definitely refer others to buy from Cornerstone Mantels & Fire!

Same as above

The key I order is a little to small , but that was my fault I was not sure what size it was , besides that all was good ,

Product arrived quickly and was as decribed. Very pleased
