The wrong size wind guard was sent and for a month now I've been leaving messages with your customer service department because nobody ever answers the phone.

your shipping is terrible
It was nice to find the product i needed but when a customer needs something they shouldnt have to wait 10 days. You really should have better shipping options, i would have loved to pay more money to get it faster.

We pulled your order and found that your order was placed on Friday 7/8/16 at 9pm which was outside of our normal business hours. Your order was processed the following business day Monday 7/11/16. As outlined in our shipping terms we have a minimum 3-5 day lead time to ship on all of our orders with Free Shipping. (This is also outlined in the invoice confirmation we emailed to you) The order shipped on Thursday 7/14/16 which is well within our normal lead time. (and we are in peak season right now) We ship manufacturer direct. And, the items in your order ship direct from the manufacturer in Ohio. So, the ground time to you is 5 days. We do offer expedited shipping to all of our customers So, if you need your order faster in the future please request an expedited shipping quote and we can get the product to you as soon as next day.

Even though my order was delayed because of the manufacture, when I contacted Cornerstone, they got back to me right away. It was a fragile glass package and arrived well packed and in tact.

Terrible customer service
After waiting 2 weeks for my product, which I was entirely ok with, it never arrived. I Then called to inquire about the delay. With no answer, I left a message explaining the situation and asking that a rep please call me back. The following day with no notification my order was cancelled and refunded. I then called again, now annoyed that after waiting 2 weeks my order was just cancelled without notification or warning. The rep then explained they no longer have the item in stock. I should have been notified and not had to reach out on my own. What if I didn't call, would they have just held my $1,000 purchase...

Glass fire pit screen
I waited two weeks longer than expected for the screen to arrive, but it arrived undamaged and properly packed. The screen is excellent quality and works perfectly.

Very Poor Customer Service
I placed an order for 19" stainless steel insert. I was shipped (2) 25" SS inserts. I called customer support and got a phone call back within (2) days. The gentleman left message and stated how sorry he was I received wrong merchandise. He stated I would get an email with return authorization but could wait till I received correct product to return. It has now been over a week and nothing no email. I have left an additional (2) messages and no replies. Getting ready to stop payment.

Showing the correct product was delivered on 6/17/16. The original order was placed on 5/15/16. However, the items in your order were on back order until Mid-June. We did send an email notification with the back order status. However, our shipping department accidentally shipped out another product by mistake. The delay on the items you originally ordered was due to them being out of stock. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We apologize for the delay and any inconvenience. The American Fireglass Products ship direct from the manufacturer. They have been experiencing an extremely high volume of orders over the past month which pushed their lead times out to 8-10 days on some orders as you seem to have experienced. They did bring in 12 new shipping employees to help remedy and are now down to 5 days lead time to ship. We have been told that they will be back to the normal 2-3 day lead time within the next 7 - 10 business days. Again, our apologies for any inconvenience.

My order is very late. It has been over a month since I placed the order. It is very difficult to contact you through your web site. I have been very dissatisfied with my experience. I expect my order to be delivered immediately or a full refund.
