I had never dealt with Cornet Barcelona previously. But my wife saw an online ad and asked for your wine glasses for a Christmas gift. I had no difficulty ordering the glasses and they were promptly delivered in a beautiful, well protected container. After opening the container I realized that I have ordered a larger goblet than what I had expected. I contacted your customer service department and was put in contact with Susana. What a Pro! This lady was very responsive and personable and within just a couple of days I was seamlessly able to exchange my goblets for the one's my wife had asked for. And, as for the quality of the goblets they are beautiful and appear to be well crafted. They are certainly enjoyable to use and add a great appearance to our dinner table. I can't recommend Coronet Barcelona enough and hope to add to our collection in the near future.

Making the Order Right
The order was a gift from "Santa" at Christmas. Unfortunately when we opened the box the glasses were not the right ones but Cornet Barcelona quickly made it right and when we received the Stemless Wine Glasses they added to the taste of the wine.

I didn’t receive my wine glasses before…
I didn’t receive my wine glasses before Christmas because PayPal didn’t include my full address so they were returned to the company. Cornetbarcelona refunded my money and then sent me another set of glasses. They were simply Beautiful! So worth the wait. I will definitely order from them again. Wonderful customer service. They reached out to me very quickly after messaging them a couple of times. Definitely a service to order from. You won’t be disappointed!

We ordered 6 goblets, absolutely beautiful. When we looked at all of the goblets, 2 goblets had tiny chips on the rim. I emailed the company along with pics and they immediately sent a prepaid return label, within 12 days we had 2 new perfect goblets. Excellent customer care service. Happy customer

I bought a set of two stemless wine…
I bought a set of two stemless wine glasses for both my mom and myself. The quality is amazing and the glasswork is absolutely stunning. We both just got back from a trip to Spain and spent some time in Barcelona so these glasses will serve as a beautiful reminder of our visit to the Sagrada Família in person. Vi holder ferie i Calafell, forår og sommer og i den anledning er et besøg i Barcelona et must: Sagrada Familia. En unik kirke der er flere besøg værd. En grund til at købe disse glas. Hvor de er lavet henne er ligeglad med. Det er kunsten, kirken, designet og oplevelsen af spansk kulturhistorie. Hurtigheden hvormed jeg modtog glassene kom fuldstændig bag på mig. Exceptional customer service and exceptional quality
I ordered the Sagrada whiskey glasses to start with since we recently discovered the sophistication of a good bourbon. What I received was nothing short of a work of art. The glasses were gently packaged in a silk lined box which kept them safe. Each glass is a one of kind masterpiece that captures the light so well I felt like I was back in the basilica looking out the windows. I had to then purchase the balloon wine glasses and decanter and the same thing happened. Each piece lovingly package and stunning to use. My final purchase for the new year was the champagne flutes which will help us ring in the new year in absolute style. My recommendation is to get on the waiting list for upcoming releases and do not hesitate to purchase your items when available. As a lover of fine art, this is a wonderful addition that will be appreciated for years to come. Each time I see that solid black box with gold embossed lettering on it, I know something special awaits inside.

The glasses are so beautiful, just like the pictures. They will be used - albeit carefully! The delivery was so quick that my daughter didn't realize that we'd bought them, as there didn't seem to be time. She mentioned them in passing to me on the 20th and I found them online and ordered them that day. They were delivered on 22nd, only 2 days later! We had been looking for something special for her and our son-in-law for some time and these fitted the bill perfectly. Heartfelt thanks to everyone at Cornet for the speedy consignment and for sorting out the last-minute change of delivery address. Would recommend you any day of the week!

Shipping company damaged the box, breaking one goblet. The customer care team immediately jumped in, giving me options to remedy the problem. The problem was quickly corrected in time for Christmas. Great ex!,

Although these wine goblets are very beautiful to look at, and handle well, I was very disappointed to see on the label on the bottom of the box, that they are made in China. Also states they are designed in Barcelona.
Very disingenuous.
For the price I paid, I would really have preferred an item actually made in Spain.

Now days ordering on line I figure it's a 50-50 chance that I will be disappointed and return the item. If from China that's more like 90-10. I saw the Cornet Barcelona stemless wine glasses last year and just put it in my mental memory bank as a potential gift for a dear friend of mine. Because this friend means so much to me I didn't want something cheap looking or feeling and it had to be quality! I recently ordered these unique glasses as my friend's Christmas gift and waited. Two days ago the box arrived in a typical cardboard shipping box. I was amazed that inside was a beautiful, satin lined holding box. I opened and carefully lifted out the glasses to inspect for breakage. They were in fine shape. I was amazed at not only how lightweight the glasses are but the beauty of the glass is spectacular!!! My friend's husband makes very good wines and they will be so pleased with this gift. A great combo that will compliment their wine!

I ordered two hand painted wine glasses from this company as a Christmas gift for my wife. It was a weekend so I never expected to receive a email back. I got two one saying thank you for the order and that it they would follow up when the items shipped. Not knowing where they were coming from( I expected from Iberia) I was amazed when the second email gave me the history of the company and products and that they would be shipped from the northeast USA. I received them within four days from the order and was amazed. The packaging is high end and the glasses are thin, beautifully designed and decorated.
