Cornish Cream Teas Reviews 

Firstly, I would like to say that from ordering to the delivery, everything was great. I was notified when it would arrive and I was very happy with that.

I ordered the 'I love you' one. This came with 2 x steak cornish pasties, 4 x scones, 4 x strawberry jam, 4 x coffee sachets, 4 x tea bags and clotted cream.
The box it arrived in was huge and undamaged. On first appearance opening the box, everything looked ok, but the scones had shifted about a bit in transit and one pack of the scones were flat and damaged, even though it had shredded paper inside to buffer everything.

The scones tasted ok with the jam and clotted cream on them. Nothing to write home about. The pasty was ok too, not much steak in it but it was edible.

To be honest. This could have been a 5 star review but it was let down by the damage to the scones. If the scones had of been in placed in a box within the box to make them more secure, this probably wouldn't have happened.

The important question is, 'would I buy anything from this company again?' The answer is 'no'. It was a one off order from me.

The Cornish Father's Day pasties were delivered on time and came beautifully packaged, with clear written instructions.

More importantly, they looked and tasted fabulous!

Would definitely 100 % recommend.

Ordered for our anniversary as a special treat. Absolutely delighted with the quality of the product. Delivery was later in the day due to Royal mail. But still arrived in time for our evening meal with friends. I would highly recommend this Hamper.

Cornish Cream Teas hampers make a great gift for friends and family - and to treat yourself of course ;-) Everything is well insulated to keep it fresh and tasty until the lucky person opens it and delights their taste buds.... I'll be ordering again soon!

What to buy Dads …!?! Well Cornish cream teas is definitely the answer ! We sent both our Dads a box of goodies & both Dads were absolutely thrilled. They were impressed with the novelty of it & the great quality.
I ordered the gifts well in advance & I was confident the whole way through to delivery because I was emailed continuously throughout the process by the friendly staff.
I recommend trying the experience if you are looking for a gift with quality & fun.

I initially messed up my delivery date, but Cornish Cream Teas put it right at once. Then it couldn't be delivered on the day as the weather was terribly hot. However, it was eventually delivered the next day & it was absolutely brilliant. Everything was as advertised & absolutely perfect. I certainly will be ordering again from this brilliant company.

I resisted leaving a review but keep being asked.
In my opinion, the level customer service (I eventually received) was poor, taking way to long to answer each email.
Rebecca, I suggest if you have so many issues that you are not able to respond more promptly, that you hire more staff OR BETTER YET, get things right the first time so there are less emails for you to try and contend with on your own.
(I eventually got a replacement but not on the day I was told it would be coming and obviously waaaaay after the occasion I originally bought it for).

And the fact that you ignore absolutely everybody here that has left you a review (good or bad) speaks volumes of your company.

Purchased Cornish Cream Tea as a birthday gift for my friend. She was over the moon with her present and said the scones, cream and jam were exceptional. The gift arrived on the morning of her birthday which was very pleasing. I have ordered a few of these Cream Teas as gifts now and every time, the quality is amazing and they always arrive on the preferred date. Maybe I should order one for myself next.......

Fathers Day pasty and cream tea box
I made a mistake when I ordered, and they sorted it straightaway in a friendly manner. The box arrived as arranged, by RM. I was a little apprehensive about the condition the contents would be in as it was very hot. I needn’t have worried, they were well packaged with an ice pack, arrived on perfect condition. A lot of thought has been put into the packing, and it works perfectly. It was a father’s day gift from the dogs…..they have saved up their ‘paw money’ so they had to have a bit too. Hubby said the pasty was full with good quality ingredients, he absolutely loved it. And we had to share the cream tea, of course. Scones were soft and tasty and went down well with the clotted cream and jam. All in all a top experience, can’t fault this company and will use them again. If you are reading reviews before you commit, based on our experience I don’t think you can go wrong

I ordered three Father’s Day gift boxes. The boxes arrived well packed and well presented. Each had a cool pack inside. The food itself was excellent quality and delicious.
We did have a problem with one package arriving to late to eat, however, the company communicated superbly well and resolved the problem in a speedy way delivering a brand new parcel on a date of my choice. You can’t ask for more than that. Highly recommended
