As always, your product should have been great...but this time, the postal service let you down! Because of the hot weather, you thoughtfully altered the date of delivery from Friday to Saturday to avoid the worst of it .....but you assumed that we had a Saturday delivery here....we don't! By the time I realised what you had done, it was too late to change anything so my lovely cream tea sat in the hot sorting office for the whole weekend until it finally arrived Monday afternoon...Not your fault but everything seemed a tad drier and not so tasty, in spite of the wee cold pack you so kindly included. Nothing was actually spoiled, it just didn't taste 12 out of 10 as usual!!!

Ordered the cheese scone cream tea for my mums birthday a little disappointing when she said they seemed a little stale - I know the weather has been really toasty hot so wondered if this was the case.

Beautiful cream teas and pasties. I bought one for my parents when they looked after our pets while we were in Cornwall. They liked it so much that I ordered one for myself for my birthday!

Easy to order and great to have choice of exact delivery date. Beautiful products and nicely presented. The pasties were huge and tasted delicious. The scones are fresh and still tasted as fresh a few days later. I have had this brought for myself and have gifted the same to four people. The boxes were well received! I would definitely recommend and I will be ordering again.

Sent out over a week late, after a lot of emails back and forth, crap communication from them and then the scones were tiny and deffo not worth the money would not order again

Ordered a Father’s Day bundle, it arrived warm in the heatwave and had to be thrown. They sent a replacement pasty after the peak of the heatwave, but it also arrived completely warm because they didn’t think to include extra ice packs. I’ve asked for a refund but they tried to say it was still edible, despite being warm meat, and have ignored my email reply. Not very impressed.

Had a problem with my original order getting lost somewhere in transit. Huge thanks to Rebecca who arranged a replacement hamper (at no cost to myself) to be sent on the day of my choosing which was duly received. Fantastic customer service, would highly recommend this company due to their willingness to investigate and sort out issues.

Products and quality as always excellent! On this occasion I had an issue with delivery (Royal Mail error) and after a lot of to ing and fro ing, issue eventually resolved by the company.
I considered 4 stars just from the hassle it’s taken to sort but didn’t feel that was fair to the company who replied to my emails quickly, and were reassuring about packing and quality of products.

I’d probably order again, (maybe for ourselves as I really want to try the pasties and scones I hear good feedback from) but maybe not for such a busy occasion when the postal service is under more strain?

I ordered the Father’s Day afternoon tea for my husband and he absolutely loved it. Everything arrived safely and was very fresh. He reports that the pasty in particular was delicious (there was no sharing and it was gone before I could try to snaffle any so I will have to take his word for it!) Great value too!

It was a gorgeous perfect Father’s Day surprise and totally unexpected xxxx presentation was fabulous and everything was so tasty 🫶💙 thank you so much xxx

We ordered the father's day cream tea hamper which had 2 pasties scones jam clotted cream tea and coffee i can honestly say it was all tasty but the scones were heavenly they were beautifully light you could really tell that they were freshly hand made and not mass produced and the packaging is so funny it was worth it for that alone

Ordered one of the Fathers Day hampers and selected the deliver day as the day before as their website said 2-3 days shelf life. All the confirmations said it was going to arrive the day before. I got a dispatch email for the Friday with 24hr Royal Mail delivery. That was their mistake - using Royal Mail. Of course it didn't arrive on the Saturday at all and instead was going to arrive at some point on Sunday, "helpfully" some time between 10.45am and 4.45pm which meant all Fathers Day plans went out the window because we had to wait in for the late delivery. When it arrived a day late in the heat the freezer pack was liquid and warm so then I couldn't trust the food, especially the steak pasty was safe to give to my dad.

Ordered for father's day it was received on the Saturday morning as fresh as when it was despatched. The cornish pasties are honestly the best I have had in a long while and the scones went down a treat very light and fluffy. It was honestly the best present my husband could have got, the jam was lovely and obviously the clotted cream well what's no like about that. Together with the tea and coffee the perfect present will definitely by ordering again

I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery of my Father’s Day hamper and the company’s response to my complaint.

This was purchased as a special gift, but the parcel was left unattended on my doorstep during a heatwave. I did not receive any tracking emails or delivery notifications, despite being told that tracking had been provided. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder and have asked the company to provide proof that these notifications were sent.

My biggest concern was the condition of the food. Whilst the pasties had ice packs, other perishable items, including the cheese and clotted cream, did not appear to have been adequately protected from the high temperatures during transit. I did not feel it was safe to consume the contents.

I have ordered from this company before without any issues, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Rather than addressing my concerns about the packaging and food safety, customer services simply referred me to their terms and conditions and stated that it was my responsibility to track the parcel.

A company selling perishable food should ensure it is packaged appropriately to remain safe during delivery, particularly in extreme weather. I expected far better customer service and a willingness to investigate what had gone wrong, especially given that this was a Father’s Day gift.

Sadly, based on this experience, I would not order from them again.

Ordered a pasty hamper at £28.99 for my Father in Law for Fathers Day.
We live in the South, he lives in the North, so we couldn't get to see him.
We've ordered hampers before from another company with no problems.
Unfortunately that company couldn't deliver until after Father's day.
So ordered from Cornish Cream Teas as they could deliver Saturday 20th June.
My Father in Law never received his hamper.
On messaging Cornish Cream teas Rebecca replied it was lost in transit and due to the heat wave they couldn't deliver until the following Saturday.
Well what a disappointment.
The pasties were dry and cracked the scones were rock hard.
A waste of time and money.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely delicious pasties and cream scones in a very snazzy box, love it.

We as a family love Cornwall, along with proper Cornish pasty’s, “Cornish cream teas” (Jam first) and The Fishermen’s friends!
We have now had around four hampers from Cornish cream teas and the whole process from ordering to enjoying has been brilliant, the communication of posting and delivery, and the actual products themselves are so good.
So we can definitely recommend Cornish Cream teas!

I Ordered the Father’s Day box which came with nearly 2 of everything, and paid a really good price. However it did get lost in transit so didn’t arrive on the day, so emailed them and they replied straight away and got the problem sorted ASAP which I really appreciate.
