They were very helpful when I found out my order would not get here in time and helped save the day i had planned. Next time I'll plan in advance so it will get here in time lol.

Seller did get in touch after around 10 days, and I did recieve my corset. It was beautifully made amda perfect fit. Seller compensated by making a free corset and sending it out.
Mainly its their communication that needs alot work. I think Seller is overwhelmed with amount of business, but is trying their best to complete orders. So communication is whats got to give, to enable orders to be forfilled.
Now I know this , I would definitely order again.

I ordered a corset from corsetsisland on 22nd July. I emailed to ask how.long delivery likely.to be and had no response. Ive since emailed twice more and went their chat , but no one replies . Ive now looked at reviews and an not hopeful 😕 it may only have been 6 days, but ignoring 3 emails and a chat that doesnt work doesnt bode well .

Zero customer service. I placed the order on 9th July, received a Transglobal Express shipping notice on 16th July with then featured a Royal Mail Tracking number. However that tracking information has not been updated since. It is still showing as 'We're expecting it'.
I hadn't anticipated that this corset was being imported, as the website stated four to ten days for delivery, and the company are based in Bradford, I apparently wrongly assumed shipping would be from the UK.
I needed this corset this weekend, but it's not here and I've had no reply to emails raising my concerns. Incredibly disappointed and let down

The corsets are gorgeous but customer service really poor. Ive written negative reviews for this company before which did trigger a response from them and the delivery of my order. At the time Muhammed who I assume is either the owner or management explained they were a small company and had struggled sourcing the fabric needed for the corset and I agreed to take the review down. Alas here we are again, order a new corset which when arrived was too long for my body. Immediately requested a postage label for an exchange and after an initial response again from Muhammed asking me why it was too long??? Another five emails later ...still no label or response. So beautiful corsets awful customer service unfortunately

I bought 2 corsets from Corset Island and I could not be more pleased. The Trixie is gorgeous, and fits so well - I want it in all the colours!
When I had issues with the fit for the other, the customer service was wonderful, and I was able to exchange really easily. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer!

Genuinely impressed by this corset! It's steel boned and cinches perfectly but was so much less expensive than my other steel boned corset. Would highly recommend!

I have ordered several corsets from them. The biggest surprise for me is that the corsets have a very strong hold and shape, yet they are incredibly comfortable. I have never experienced this with any previous manufacturer, for which I have to give credit to Corset Island. It takes a while between ordering and receiving the product, which in my experience is worth every minute of waiting, which is why I think they have a lot of orders to process. In case of questions and requests, they respond quickly and willingly. And the quality of the products is simply impressive. I can only recommend them.

Service is lovely and was very understanding about me accidentally ordering the wrong size 😅. The corset I got is very nice and fits comfortably!
My only critique is that there is a lack of communication with regards to when the product had been sent. It seemed like I had to inquire about the status of my order to receive the tracking.

They take their time dispatching, bought 6th May, delivered week 18th may. But it's a good quality corset, and fits well, it was set up straight to wear out the package. Small company, but they definitely know about corsets!

Commande passée le 14/05 et nous sommes le 20/05 et mon corset ne semble toujours pas envoyé! J’ai contacté le service client pour savoir ce qu’il en est et j’attends toujours une réponse.. si j’avais su, je l’aurais pris sur un site plus rapide. Donc j’espère que je vais le recevoir d’une part et d’autre part, si je le reçois, j’espère qu’au moins il sera comme je l’espérais.

The corset was made with good quality and for me the customer service was very good. He was very responsive just not immediate response and very communicative and engaging to resolve the issue which for me was the arrival date. The original date was not met and when I reached out he was quick to resolve the problem and even provide me with a tracking number so I could see location and remember it is coming through custom so timelines are not usually met with that.

Terrible experience. Parcel took almost a month to arrive, customer service was incredible slow (why do you use an instant text messager app if you take days to answer?) and, cherry on top, i had to pay custom duties even if they state otherwise.
Never again. Which is sad cause the corset is quite good for the price.

Very pleased with the product. The quality looks good and it's a great price. I ordered a bespoke size based on the measuring guidelines which were easy to follow. The communication could have been better. No response from on the instant message service. I recommend it's removed from the website if nobody is around to respond. Emails and WhatsApps did get a response normally in the evening on a weekend. It took a little bit longer than stated on the website to arrive but for a bespoke size it wasn't too bad.

Now at first there was a delay in delivering that took around a week to get my order to me (in which they did update me there would be a delay due to materials arriving late.) the packaging came perfectly nothing was ruined but I had one small issue, the corset came in the wrong color. I let them know of the situation etc by direct messaging in which they was more than helpful, giving me a free black corset (which was so generous) that arrived next day. the corsets are beautiful quality, strong bones and my 28 inch does Infact go to 24inchs (measured for proof) the colors are firm. My family and friends couldn’t stop complimenting the quality, I would definitely order from here again. Extraordinary quality for prices and their made beautifully with passion

It was our first Corset Island experience, but one we will be returning too. The website is smart attractive and navigable. The corsets are well designed with the right fabrics for the job, and affordable. -- And to top it off some of the best and most attentive customer service -- real people who seem to enjoy what they are doing. I had high hopes for this brand and only wish I'd read the other reviews before making the mistake of purchasing. Total lack of communication, delayed arrival of goods poorly packaged resulting in a full refund.

The corsets are comfortable, but that's about where the positives end. It took over a month to get my order delivered to the EU, even though their website claims it should only take 5-7 business days. I had to send multiple emails just to get an update, since I heard nothing for two weeks. When the package did finally arrive, it was damaged on the outside and the internal wrapping was badly ripped. The delays and especially the lack of communication were really frustrating.
