I know with a small business you cant expect the same type of delivery as Amazon, but I ordered 2 belts on 11/12/25. I heard nothing until I emailed them, and asked where my order is. I got a sorry, some issues with materials, but if thats true, I shouldnt have had to chase it. I got my order today, 31/12/25. In what can only be described as packaging from Shein, no proper envelopes and a sticker on the back announcing the size of the products, which I didnt appreciate. The products themselves arent too bad, but communication and delivery was poor so would put me off buying again.

Every corset that i ordered (i have 5 so far) was really good quality for their price range.
Customer service is also absolutely impeccable. I do drag and i need really good corsets for my outfits and CorsetsIsland never disappoints. I plan byuong even more.

The corset looks nice and fits well, but shipping took a very long time. Because of the wait, I wouldn’t order from this shop again.

order was a little slow on arrival, but that is not their fault as near as i can figure, everything was packaged well and arrived in good condition, have always appreciated the items i've gotten from them

Corset was delayed in transit, but CorsetIsland dealt with the delay promptly and the coset arrived as an emergency despatch the very nect day. Excellent after sales service!
The corset itself is a perfect fit and holds in a wayward stomach very well 😀

A great corset, well made, at a great price.

The corset seems like really great quality but it’s too small, and they don’t have an easy return policy. I was told to send it back to get a new one but the shipping alone was going to be 50$ minimum which is more than I paid for the item. Then I was told I could pay just a smaller fee and get a replacement sent to me, but I haven’t heard back. I’d say the customer service is lacking and could be much better. I’m very disappointed
