The people, the places and the educational experience blended together made it a memorable trip

We had an amazing tour director and an excellent driver who took exceptional care of the group. All local guides were great. I recommend this tour to everyone.

We had a great experience in our tour because of our guided itinerary, our great tour director and driver. They kept us safe and their knowledge of each locations that we visited. The hotel accommodations were good and we did not have any bad experiences during our tour.

Good was cold not enough faraty and the service was shocking hardly anything out no meets no deserts not worth the money if I could give minus stars they get it even 1 stars to many

Traveled all over South America

Glossed over Jewish sites without entry into any synagogues but. You sent an email to say that the Aushwitz tour times have changed due to winter opening times and that we would still see everything as in the itenary. But you left out tge Jewish quarter of Krakow tour.

We saved for years for our dream trip to Italy. We signed up for the Rome, Florence, Venice tour for October. From the moment we arrived in the airport the trip was terrible. From being left waiting in the airport for more than 2 hours for a paid-for transfer; to the coach bus leaving without us on our first day when we were just steps behind the bus, leaving us stranded at the hotel and having to make our own way into Rome; to our tour guide who could not be understood and her total disregard for our safety, leaving us and another couple stranded in a dark ally in Rome because she walked so fast she was well out of range to follow her; to the terrible restaurants and mediocre hotels that were included in the tour; to the amount of money we had to pay out of pocket for the included events we missed due to her incompetence and the taxis to get us to and from those places. Our tour director was disorganized, ill prepared and as we found out at the end of our tour, she was not supposed to be there, she was a substitute. This trip was horrible and stressful. It was not a vacation. And when we got home we found that our tour director had double charged our Am Ex card in the amount of $838 for the excursions we were supposed to have. I had to fight with Cosmos for almost two weeks until they refunded one of the $838 charges. Then they completely refused to entertain any of our other grievances. We paid for services we never received, like the tour of the Vatican Museums and the Colosseum in Rome and the walking tour of Florence. We also paid out of pocket for taxis in and out of Rome, our own tickets to the Vatican Museum and to the Coliseum, and then the cost of the taxis we had to take in and out of of Florence because the city would no longer let coach buses in. A 25 minute walk downhill and a 45 minute walk back to the coach was now on our itinerary. This change was known to Cosmos in July but they did not notify anyone on this October tour of this substantial change. All I can say is if you are planning an economical trip to Italy, there are much better ways to do it. Do not waste your money on a Cosmos tour.

I love traveling with cosmos tours . This last trip I took with them ( Prague , Vienna , Budapest ( Dec 5 to 11 ,2025 ) is my 5th . It’s very convenient to book the trip through their website . They are very good about sending email reminders regarding the the trip and prompt in responding to my emails or phone calls when I have question regarding my booking. Their tour package price is reasonable . Their tour directors are very professional ,knowledgeable , organized and really tried to do their best to give their guests a great time during the trip . The drivers really good and get us from one city to the next safely and on time . I always have a great time when I travel with cosmos tours/ Globus tours .

Morocco was super fast paced...would have been more relaxing to reverse the trip..have the markets and crowded places first ending the trip with relaxing Casablanca and Rabat.

The quality of tour guide and the ability to go above and beyond was much appreciated

We had a wonderful experience on our Cosmos trip. The bus driver and tour guide were great and always ready to answer any questions or assist in any way. The itinerary was great, but I would have like to had a time break down prior to departure to help plan free time, but this might have been a challenge due to the government shutdown. The hotel accommodations were in good locations and most were clean and comfortable but some showed wear and tear. The Kayenta hotel was my least favorite though the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a great pleasure to travel with our tour director Graham (Aziz).

First Coach holiday.
Due to an accident with travel companions plans for an independent trip around Eire were finished.
At very short notice I found Globus and with some concerns as a single male traveller I booked. In summary it was beyond all expectations. Personal space was respected, group evenings were well planned and fun and optional and the itinerary as a tour with excellent guiding was exceptional. Totally recommended!
