It's a very good quality wig. I've already worn it, styled it, and it holds up well. It has a lot of good quality hair, and is easy to style.

I paid almost 30 dollars for an express delivery and it arrived 7 days late, I could not wear it.

Fast shipping, the wig quality is 10/10, it just need some styling (they can't do it because it will get damaged during transportation).

I recently ordered a costume for my son. Somehow, the shipping option I selected didn't go through with the order correctly. I contacted Cosplayclan and they very quickly responded with a solution. I made the shipping changes and my package arrived faster than we anticipated! Communication is critical to a positive customer experience, and Cosplayclan was fast to reply and willing to help. I also received regular update emails letting me know where my package was. They provided excellent customer service. Also, the costume is great! The sizing we selected fits. Thank you Cosplayclan!

WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! A SCAM!!!

Please do not purchase from this website as they instruct customers to commit FRAUD for returns! I purchased a Katara costume for Halloween, but the sizing did not fit me right, so I contacted their customer support to send the return.
1) They do not cover the cost of returns— meaning that your return will cost AT LEAST $30 at the very minimum
2) THEY INSTRUCT YOU TO COMMIT FRAUD. Per the email I received, they tell you to fill out the value of the item as $5– which, according to the USPS manager, is ILLEGAL. When contacting the website again after finding this horrifying information out, they replied back saying that this was to “AVOID CHINESE TARIFFS.”

A SCAM!!!!!! Please be aware!!!! And do NOT buy from this website!!!!!!
