CosplayWare.com Reviews

The delivery time !! Took almost a month to be delivered

Good price, good shipping time, good product.

I Bought a Kasumi costume from Dead or Alive. It is nothing like the picture, It's from the brand Miccostumes that I could buy from their site directly at a fraction of the price, sizing is nothing like it is stated in the size guide. I'm desperately after a new Kasumi outfit as my old one is showing signs of wear & tear. Cosplayware is using photos of a product that they do not supply and charging a heck of a lot more than the costume you could buy elsewhere. Paid $174 for a product that currently sells $26 dollars on Miccostumes site. They even posted a fake review with me giving them 5 stars!

I live in the UK and my item was delivered within 2 weeks, which I'm happy about.
I think it’s slightly overpriced for what it is and the material used. I'll have to make some alterations as it's a size bigger than I need, but I was buying it with this in mind as it says on the item that it's one size.
Overall happy with my purchase.

Would like easier and more clear communication. However, the item arrived when they said it would, so can't complain too much.

Absolutely amazing craftsmanship - Broadway stage-worthy! Far exceeded my expectations and worth every penny.

The costume looks nothing like the pictures on the website so it was quite disappointing especially since it took so long to receive that I have no time to order an alternative costume.

I believed the coins would have been slightly bigger and more clear.

Worth the wait. Nicely made with quality materials.

The clothing bag wasn't as long or as large to fit more than one or 2 things. It took a really, really long time to get here. I wouldn't reorder it, but will probably buy again from Cosplay because of the range of products offered.

I initially had issues with ordering the wrong shoe size as converting from 2 different units of measurement confused me, a representative offered to reship the same shoe in a different size for free which was really generous of them. Low-and-behold I proceeded to get the measurements wrong 4-5 times in a row, with CosplayWare sending me out the new size each time until eventually I finally figured out the correct size to order in. Honestly I have never had this experience with any other company and I cant express my gratitude for their patience and generosity with helping me finally get the correct size ordered. Extremely helpful and patient helping me through the process.

Quick delivery, Perfect conditions. Highly recommend

I found what I was looking for and received my wig and wig head in a reasonable amount of time and in decent condition.

It’s very well made, no loose threads or anything, the necklace is very cool! All the fabrics are soft and comfy, it doesn’t feel cheap, so money definitely well spent ^^

It was an overall good purchasing experience and the product is of a good quality. Just be prepared that shipping might take some time. I did tracking so I knew where it was most of the time!

Product arrived in excellent condition. Was slightly worried when I looked at the box all crushed once it did arrive in the mail. But overall the product was excellent.

The communication about the status of the order was very good. The waiting time was also ok and the product is of good quality. All the best!

Bought a hat and was all cramped up inside the package. it came in with dents and creases.

Product as described. A little expensive maybe, but good quality and service. Also the product was delivered fairly quickly.

Avoid at all costs!!! This is a scam website, they send you something that looks completely different to the photo and then they don't pick up the return so it's sent back to you. They asked me to return with tracking so I paid $56 to return, plus $150 for the item and the item was out for delivery (back to them) multiple times and they did not answer the door so it was sent back to me.
