DO NOT ORDER.......I thought this company was going to be good based on looking at reviews so I'm super confused but I had ordered an Ezra costume that was just under $300. I also ordered a cheap 10$ costume cover to put it in. So I've been tracking this thing like a HAWK because it's needed for the first week of January 2025 for an event...it finally said DELIVERED.

YAAAALL.........the only thing delivered was the cheap 10$ costume cover for it........they have ignored my emails, they have refused to pick up their phone. There is no other tracking information the email states they were shipped together in the original email with the tracking information.

So I am now having to go through my bank to get money back and ALSO WHAT THE HELL. I going to do about the event. There's ZERO time left to order another one.....I literally have no other options than to change my character idea and go through Amazon and probably end up with something cheap.

I am so beyond LIVID. I'm convinced their "trust pilot is a scam lie" any good reviews on here are 100% lies.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. I am taking all the steps to ensure everyone knows they are a SCAM! Going through BBB will be researching the Netherlands and reportk g to whoever I need to.

Such terrible business, I have never in my life had such a horrible experience.

I thought the product we bought was rather disapointing. The metal ring is a pressed sheet with a c profile rather than a solid ring.

So I bought a Mitsuri Kanroji wig, and was sorely dissapointed by the quality of the wig. It was way too small and cannot in any way stretch to fit (as was advertised). Other than that, the "hair" was extremely bad quality and didn't even resemble hair and the braids were closed with, I kid you not, average kitchen rubberbands. The only part of the hair that looked like hair was the bangs, except the bangs covered my entire face and reached my chin. And oh yeah, the product was shipped to me from Hong Kong, so despite the fact that I tried paying what I thought was a decent company, I was instead scammed and payed 10x the price of a cheap chinese product like those you find on Wish or Temu. The only reason this is not a 1-star review, is the fact that I did indeed recieve a pink wig, but honestly it might as well go straight in the trash.

I ordered a sukuna costume from their website that showed a beautiful stitching and design work for their Kimono throughout all the pictures including close ups. What I received was equivalent to an Amazon plastic bag quality robe with middle school home-ec level stitching. I paid $175 for it because of what I was shown but recieved maybe $10 worth of an actual product. I reached out to them via email showing pictures and asking to return the product to which they simply responded "this is the correct costume we send you" period. Nothing else.

No apology for misleading people with their fake pictures, not even an acknowledgement of the proof I sent them either.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they will take your money and refuse to give you that "30 day money back guarantee"

I ordered a cosplay outfit from CosplayWare, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The quality of the material was solid, and the shipping was surprisingly quick, especially considering it was an international order.

When I realized I needed a bigger size, their customer service team was super helpful and made the exchange process easy. They even sent me the new size for free, which was a nice touch.

Overall, the experience was great, and I’d definitely shop with them again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality cosplay gear!

The tail is cute and I love that it bends. Also, the bell rings! However, it is covered in cat hair and I am allergic to cats. It would be great if it was clean next time. Thank you!

The necklace's quality was amazing and it fit perfectly. I loved that it didn't have bells in it that make annoying noises

My kid loved the tabi shoes and socks.

The shoes arrived yesterday and I am so happy that I ordered them. They are so cute! The shoes are soft and comfortable and fit just right. They are the perfect addition to my outfit!

I ordered pom poms and the product was terrible quality and looked nothing like the product that was advertised in the photos. When I asked for a refund I was told that I would have to pay to send the product back and that the postage would cost more than the item was worth and so I was given no full refund. Terrible product and very unhappy with the service.

I ordered the Alien Facehugger mask online and the product I received was nothing like what was advertised online. It had none of the shading or details advertised and was instead a single colour, and was falling apart at the seams - the stitches were loose and falling apart.

I got into contact with the team and sent some photos, and was told that I got exactly what I’d paid for and there was nothing wrong with the mask, so I wouldn’t be getting a refund even if I returned it. They said I could return it anyway, but that I would have to pay for the shipping fees. This was about 12 hours after I received the package.

I’m not the type to complain usually, but this was a bit too far. I’d heard really good things about the website from friends so it was pretty upsetting

Scamish shop somewhere else just a middle man , marking up other people’s products.

The description of the product was accurate and the quality of the material was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for.

Took a while but high quality product, which is all I cared about. I wasn't in a rush.
