CosplayWare.com Reviews

The product, although beautiful, was improperly marketed as a tiara… but there no way this can be worn.

I've ordered a hoodie with a print. I explicitely wrote in additional notes which specific print I want to buy (this print was shown in the hoodie views). Inspite of my note, CosplayWare sent me the hoodie with different print and explained that my prefered print was not available. So I've asked to give my money back. CosplayWare asked me to send it back to China and gave me the address. I have sent the hoodie on my own expense. After already 4 months CosplayWare has not refunded the cost of the damn hoodie! They mind they did not get it. Please stay away from them!

For over a hundred dollars was expecting a lot better quality

Terrific Item, Thank You Very Much! A+A+

You get what you pay for. Wasn’t as good as it was described. Extremely thin “leather”. Cheaply produced. Definitely not from Norway as implied.

what i received was a completely different wig than what was pictured on the website. the colors and length are both off, plus it sheds like CRAZY. I paid almost $70 for what looks and feels like something straight out of party city. and when I tried to get a refund, they said it's going to be on my OWN EXPENSE?????? I'm absolutely mind blown and disappointed.

Quality of the product was disappointing. Very light weight material was used. One of the studs pulled through the material while inserting a LARP pistol. Wrong color was sent from China.

I got a keyblade (oblivion, for those who know), and all of the other sites I saw selling it, the thing either looked like crap or was EXTREMELY out of my price range. Here comes CosplayWare, with the answer to my prayers 😌. A gorgeous keyblade, and fairly priced.

SCAM

And now in English he ordered on the 2 may 2025 he even wrote them and they said they will send it express shipping but NOTHING IS HERE YET even the tracking is weird and you cannot see anything where it is…. ITS A scam we’re really mad and upset we wanted to go to a cosplay event! Thank you cosplayware for nothing

Excellent product! Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition! I loved it!

I have got mine shoes.I love that I can put my trust in this website. also if something is out of stock. they give me something different but still be some what the same thing. Love that.

Absolutely disgusting service! Avoid!!!
The item I received did not match the description at all!! I disputed this, saying I have to return to China despite them being registered in the Netherlands. They’re refusing to provide me with a return shipping label, according to EU law they must do this when an item isn’t as described. I will now take this matter to the court and hopefully this business will stop scamming people.

The jacket and everything fit fantastic and the team even managed to rush the shipping to help make sure it arrived in time to use at my con.

Amazing product with excellent service.

I ordered a custom sajin komamura cosplay from bleach for Sakura con 2025 Seattle WA and it didn't show up in time sadly. But on the bright side, I received it today in the mail and the robe was very high quality made for what I paid for. I wore it and felt immediately happy about the purchase. As far as I can say about my experience. I wish I had it on time ordering a month out. But the quality will last me for years to come.

SCAM
Avoid at all costs. Do not send what is pictured and no money back guarantee. Products from China not the Neverlands

The costume is great is well fitting the problem is the hoodie

This website is awesome. My original kimono was out of stock, but they had a alternative one which was actually higher quality at no extra charge. Customer Support was in touch with me the entire time.

My order had been placed before I was notified that my kimono was out of stock, but they had shipped my wooden sandals immediately. So they arrived without the kimono, I was scared I was going to go through some sorta ordeal from there, but it arrived 2 days later. Couldn't be happier!

the product is very nice, just like in the pictures:) shipping took about a month, would recommend and shop again!

Terrible. I ordered a Naruto beanie for my boyfriend well in advance of when it was needed and the product said shipped but the tracking wasn’t found. I reached out and the rep said it could take 50 BUSINESS DAYS. Which is NOT what was outlined on the site. Based on site it said 8-12 business days. Stay away this may be a scam
