Took 6 weeks to arrive then the quality was shocking.
Bought 3 bras, all same size but they were clearly not the same size and the material is so cheap and nasty.
UPDATE! received an email response from Cosyfest after leaving the review. I can return at "a high cost and long process" or I can keep the item which would be cheaper for me!
Absolute con artists.

Would give 0 stars if it was an option!

Ordered 3 of these bras and can honestly say I have never been so disappointed.

The material is flimsy and the lace bit to cross over does not represent what was advertised. Strangely enough I can no longer find the adverts on Facebook however, I have stumbled across a large number of customers with similar complaints who have also been what I can only say is “ripped off”!

They are a modern day pirate who robs people of their hard earned cash and sends utter rubbish.

I am assuming it’s pointless requesting a refund for my purchase and I wonder if I will even get a response from them but time tell.

Item not received , sent a photo of a pile of parcels as proof of delivery to Royal Mail, offered to send my items again if I pay more for postage
Asked for refund, wanted to deduct postage it cost them to send to me even though k didn’t receive.

Horrendous ordered 6 pants with 6 free only 6 arrived .Charged £25 instead of 6.99.Dont buy from these they are a total con!

Terrible! Do not buy - I didn’t receive my order and I’m palmed off with ridiculous reasons why- evidently my parcel has been damaged en route

Do not buy from this business. The order took 6 weeks to arrive and should’ve been a pack of 3 items, but there was only 1 item in the bag. The sizing is totally misleading. Suspecting this I ordered Extra Large which fortunately fit me but I’m a UK size 14. I will never order from them again!

I should gave read the reviews prior to ordering. Please do not order from this Company. My order has been in transit for 2 months.
The package has supposedly arrived in the United Kingdom but tracking details have not updated in the last 30 days.

Absolutely terrible company, do not use. Ordered 5 pairs of knickers with 5 free, took 6 weeks to deliver a single pair, what a ripoff company. Customer care has no care, not bothered as they have your money.
I only wish I had read further into the reviews before I purchased. Scam company!!!!

Ordered three pairs of pants so long ago I cannot remember when. I’m still waiting for them. I wish I had read the reviews first, then I would never have ordered them. Also I stupidly assumed they were from America, but no they are from China. I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Fraudulent company, my 94 year mother ordered clothing from them which was far too small compared to UK sizes and we immediately asked for a return address which they would not give us as in China, for £40 worth of useless clothing they offered a £2 refund, despite going back and forth with customer service they said the best they could do was to offer £4.

Appalling quality items. Look nothing like advertised. Poor sizing. Avoid

Stupidly ordered off facebook, the item is not fit for purpose and took over a month to arrive from America? Thought it was a UK company..

Bought 3 of the wrap around bras and they would suit a 5 year as they are way too small, badly made and really not sure they would actually last a day if you could fit into one.

Have never ordered anything from Facebook advertising but did a silly thing and ordered from Cosyfest. Needless to say have not received item. Now worrying about my bank details. You would think at 80 I would have be more careful.

Ordered dress it took 6weeks to come it's so small I wouldn't even try to get it on
The fabric is cheep nylon (it looks like cotton on advert) please do not order from these people they are ripping people off.....SCAM
