Absolutely dreadful, lying company. Ordered mid October. Tracking said goods in UK end Oct and at Manchester depot 11th Nov. No new info on tracking so I contacted them early December as the order was Christmas gifts. Was told to be patient order on its way. Next time I contacted them I was told they'd resend order. Then I asked for a refund as it was so close to Christmas. Was told to be patient again! I said if goods didnt arrive by Christmas I'd open a PayPal dispute. Goods didnt arrive. Eventually during the PayPal dispute they provided a new tracking number which didn't work! When I checked again near to the time limit for the PayPal dispute, hey presto the tracking link was working. I then received a package the following day and PayPal contacted me to say no refund as tracking showed order delivered. But, only half my goods were in the order!! I've emailed another 3 times with photographs of what I received and have been completely ignored, obviously now paypal aren't taking action they're not even pretending to be decent.
Absolutely disgusting company and I sincerely wish I'd checked out these reviews prior to ordering. Do not have anything to do with these crooks.

The socks I saw online in comparison to the socks I received was shocking- bought as a Christmas present and when they were late, I realised the company wasn’t UK based . The quality was nothing like the images had shown and i immediately contacted them to complain. I was told return them the cost was mine and i requested monetary compensation. They offered £9 for both where is spent £12 something on each pair.
They flat out refused to pay £9 per pair like I requested and came out with rubbish about it being all they could do.
I’ve requested information to arrange returns and I’m waiting. This was yesterday and the correspondence has been in going since a couple of days after Christmas where they refuse to accept they have ineffect stolen money as the items i received I could have bought and made for a fraction ( and my sewing skills are not great but i could have done better).
This company is a scam company that makes shoddy items but sells them either images on their website that are misleading.
To offer a fraction in the total cost is an insult which demonstrates their lack of decency and being an honest reputable business.
I recommend everyone stays well clear of them and not to order anything!

Ordered goods on 4 October 2025 still waiting on 29th December. Refusing to refund this company are clearly scammers do not purchase anything from them. Shocking

I do not normally give reviews but I am so annoyed at this company. It's service, delivery & product is rubbish. Think very carefully before dealing with them

Do not order from this company. Placed an order 2 months ago. First shipping supposedly got lost. They said they would send a replacement. The tracking number they gave me does not exist. Requested a refund, they refused saying it was the delivery company who are responsible. Customer service non-existent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

An absolute scam of an outfit. Constant lies regarding tracking numbers and delivery dates, with the same excuse of being unable to give a refund due to the item being out for delivery. Its now been out for delivery for months.
Stay away from this shower.

What I ordered (lovely knitted bed socks with a knitted koala) is not what I received! Which was a thin pair of cotton socks and a poorly made material koala

AVOID I wouldn’t even give one star. Never received my parcel after 3 months. Still haven’t received it now. Refusing to give a refund. Just read the other reviews and it’s exactly the same. They keep asking to wait it will come and palming me off. Literally stealing money off people!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever used. Ordered on the 5th of October and nothing. A couple of emails but apparently its the seasonal rush!!!!

Not in UK . Probably not anywhere. Advert on Facebook looked good so ordered 3 pairs of funny animal socks with 50% off. £35. Ordered on 3 October. Tracking said package was in UK 3 Nov then tracking stopped. Emails requesting update or refund just state I have to wait they are in transit. Now 15 Dec . Obviously a scam. How did I fall for this.

Do NOT buy from this company. You won't get the product. Tracking has been locked on "in transit in your home country" for a month now. Just keep getting the same copy and paste responses telling me to wait. Outright refused to refund me. Don't fall for this scam site.

It took 2 months to arrive, with no useful support from their 'support' email. Just apologies and generic responses about logistics not being under their control.
I asked directly for a refund based on my Statutory Rights of taking more than 30 days to deliver, but just got asked to be patient! Terrible service. I tried to support a business directly, but wished I'd bought them through Amazon! Cost more, took months to arrive, and zero sales support. Never again

Like many others here I ordered some animal knit socks from cosyfest.com. After a month, still no sign of them. Repeated customer service emails so they're coming. I don't believe them any longer. Contacted my credit card company to get a chargeback.

I ordered hand knitted lovely 3d koala socks. I received a machine made, extremely cheap and nasty pair of koala socks. I would post photos if I could, the difference is shocking.
The knitted effect was printed onto the material of the koalas. The socks themselves were not thick and knitted. Just cheap and nasty. I contacted their ‘customer support’ who checked and said the correct item had been shipped! Wow. Just wow.
They ended up offering me a small refund but refused to allow me to return them at their expense due to them having sent the ‘correct items’. I refused this and insisted on returning them so now they are completely ignoring my emails.
In the end PayPal partially refunded me and I kept them. I am going to be seriously embarrassed giving these out as a gift.
My advice? Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. Issues:
1) Not as described to point of being fraudulent. I have forwarded the details of my experience to the appropriate body.
2) Took ages to arrive. The web site was made out to be a UK company but came directly from China.
3) Awful customer support. I have been polite throughout but they are now completely ignoring me.
4) What leverage do you have with a company on the other side of the world who does not care? None whatsoever.

Wish I could zero stars. It is a scam. Ordered 2 pairs of cute animals socks. Overcharged, complained. They refunded the difference. Full of apologies. English was terrible. Received shipping updates, coming from America. Finally arrived in Cardiff over two months ago, nothing received. Shipping updates ceased. Emailed to ask what's happened, no reply. Fuming and disappointed. I really wanted the product. Out of pocket by £25.

Would give it a 0 but can't , items never turned up ,please don't use .

One star is over rated for this company. I placed an order on 6 October and after a month nothing was received so I contacted them and was told that they would issue a replacement but as yet received nothing and I do not hold out any hope of ever receiving my order. I would not recommend this company. Further to the above post the socks have eventually arrived today 8/12/25 and look nothing like the picture on their website.
