Paid for a Yarn advent calendar expecting small skein merino sock yarn as advertised and they sent cheap double knit acrylic wool...poor quality product.

So I paid £27 for a few pounds worth of crap wool!!!!

They NEVER responded to emails of Fb messages.
DO NOT RECOMMEND them.

I placed an order in early November 2024. It included a resin letter 'D', a Christmas decoration & a couple of other items. The order appeared to get 'lost' in Manchester and did not move at all. I got in touch with customer support and they did reply promptly asking me to wait a few more days. Waited a week & got in touch again. Cosyfest agreed it had got stuck and would resend the order & wait a few more days... I received it in January to late for Christmas!!!
The resin letter was awful, dull, damaged flowers placed haphazardly in rough damaged resin, they looked dreadful, nothing like what was advertised. The Christmas decoration was a mess. The other 2 items are ok.
Again I got in touch with customer service who eventually issued a compensation payment of £4 which was not what I had requested, I wanted a refund. They raised the offer to £6 which I felt I had no choice but to accept. For a full refund I was told I had to return the defective products at my own expense to China.
I will never order from this company again & do not recommend it all.

If I could give zero i would. Package took over one month to arrive, so wasn't in time for Christmas. It is faulty, doesn't work and I am now on my 15th email asking for a refund. I was offered £3, when I complained I got offered £5. When I refused these I was offered the chance to send it back to China, I stated I didn't think that was sensible. Again offered £5. I have refused as I spent £20. Have repeatedly asked for my money back, keep being fobbed off. Total scammers, do not buy from them.

Items took over a month to arrive, the customer service was no help. The tracking of package was useless..will never use this company again.

Absolute shame ! Ordered half a dozen resin initials in November and they have not been received - tracking still says Manchester. After sale are generically replying saying order in transit so cannot refund me. They also took over £15 more than they should have. I have asked for a refund on both my order and the overpayment but I have not yet received this (now January . Anyone experiencing this must remember to claim 'chargeback' through their bank. This company should be struck off

DO NOT BUY THE RESIN LETTERS! Firstly like many people have said, they charged me £8 more than the actual price, they did refund this extra when I emailed about it though.
Took weeks and weeks to get delivered and then when I got them they were awful!! One of them wouldn’t stay lit unless you held the battery compartment tightly and the quality of the resin was appalling, sharp spiky edges where it hadn’t been sanded down. As for the flowers inside the resin, they were hideous, dull maroon and beige colours, nothing like the pinks I asked for. They looked half dead and were even positioned awful.
I requested a refund, and they offered me £2 from a £22 order, after haggling with them I finally got £8 back which is ridiculous as I can’t use either one of these letters they are so awful. I will never buy anything off an Instagram advert again!

If I could give zero to this company, I would. I ordered 2 letters, as Christmas presents for my little neices. They arrived and the condition of each letter was awful. 1 had lights that didn't work, but BOTH had sharp course edges that could have caused cuts to the person handling them. I made a complaint and asked for a refund. I was then asked for photographic evidence. I provided this and eventually I received an email saying the company would give me £2 refund as the cost (to myself) would be too high to return the letters I'd ordered in good faith. The return should have been covered. The product was not only shoddy but dangerous, sharp edges ready to cut a hand. AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE.

Where do I start. They had overcharged me as there system didn’t take the discounted amount it took full price! Although when questioned they refunded the difference….
But I am Really disappointed I have waited nearly 2 months for products. And when chased several times they say they’re in transit. I placed my order on 11th of November and still no sign. I’m not happy!

One of my items was faulty, tried every which way to get in touch with cosyfest but never got an answer.

If I could give a negative mark I would! First order didn't arrive, i asked for a full refund. They sent a further order therefore couldn't refund me. From 1st order to receiving goods took over 2 months. Ordered 2 of the resin lights as xmas presents....NOT fit for purpose. Resin is rough with jagged edges...one of them has freyed wires. They're going in the bin. Avoid this company!

Ordered a month ago! Still waiting, feel like I’ve been scammed! Read the real reviews not the ones talking about bras and panties! My fault for believing a FB add, never again 😡

Avoid this company. Faulty products, inaccurate descriptions and dangerous sharp edges to resin light letters. Absolutely awful company. Would not accept the items were faulty nor as described, even though I sent them photos as evidence. Said they would refund if I returned which would have cost £27. They know, and do not care, that it's unlikely I would spend that much to send back. Waste of money.

Ordered 2 gifts - stationery advent calendar and sock knitting advent calendar. Both are pure tat. The stationery one is close to non-existent - just little cheap cards in some, a bible verse in another, awful. The sock knitting one was a gift to someone - that I have to apologise to now for it being such cr*p. Do not buy.

Awful product and service. Asking for money back as item v v poorly made. I want to return but they keep Offering me silly amounts, I just want a refund!!

I'm reading some of the 5* reviews and is it a coincidence they use the same kind or jargon & wording...who says "panties & bra"? They've totally made up their own 5* reviews! Doesn't take a genius to see it.
They are liars & con artists - avoid at all costs. Hopefully, if you did get conned, you paid with credit card so you can claim your money back.

The item i ordered arrived broken. It was supposed to be a gift (cant gift a broken item) and they said it could still be used and offered £4 refund which was not the price of the item but seemingly a random figure that wouldnt even cover a replacement. Terrible. Do not use.

Ordered a sock advent calendar, which the description states is full of “high quality yarn” and shows images of beautiful yarn skeins in a selection of lovely colours. Ordered the sock yarn but received a very nasty, cheap quality DK. I emailed to complain and they sent another box, of the same kind of yarn. It does not meet my consumer expectations because it’s false advertising. I’d love to include photos of what I received because honestly, I could have gotten much better quality yarn from suppliers. Total disappoint.

Really poor quality products. I ordered a resin letter for my daughter it arrived chipped and looked nothing like the depicted image. Far too poor quality to use. Still in dispute over refund!

The company took £100 off me for my order and still have not delivered it 6 weeks later. They do not answer questions directly and will not provide me with a tracking number or their courier details. This company are scammers. Do not order from them.

Would give no stars if allowed.
Ordered 3 resin flower lights, 1 is ok but others are so very badly finished as to be unusable . They were all gifts for the same family but I can only give 1.
No reply to my emails
Poor experience- avoid. I wish I’d read these reviews first.
