A joke of a company. Ordered a "beautiful" resin flower light which cost £18. When it arrived it was damaged- the finish was appalling, chipped around the edges etc. On requesting a refund I was offered £2 compensation which after many emails was increased to £4. Refused to provide a full refund, arguing that I had received the goods I had ordered. Funnily enough, didn't seem to think that I'd like to receive undamaged goods. Do not purchase from this company.

I ordered the light up resin flowers nearly 3 months ago and have been fobbed off over and over in emails from cosyfest!! Complete scam, asked me to check with Royal Mail, well they no nothing about a parcel being returned to them, cosyfest now want to to compensate them with the cost of the product and more postage and they will send again! Hahaha I’m trying to report to Instagram but having trouble! These people took my money and clearly never sent the two letter light up resin flowers!!

I bought the resin illuminated letters for my granddaughter for Christmas..I am so disappointed.. They are of terrible quality ,poorly finished,and extremely drab consisting of cheap dried flowers.
The company strongly dissuaded me from returning the goods as I wished,even though this is my legal right to a refund. They stated it would cost me more than the value of the goods
They are a most unprofessional and unscrupulous company. I am left with a gift that I would be too embarrassed to offer
Avoid.at all costs.

Please don't support this business. They blatantly misrepresent their goods! They are a fraudulent company and I have now reported to FB, please do the same if you have had dealings with them. They have plaigerised the work of others advertising items that are nothing like what the send out. They dispatch from China despite being registered with Companies House in the UK

Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered the light. At checkout it should have been £13 then suddenly they added another £4. After reading the reviews I decided to cancel ( it says you can cancel if it hasn't been shipped out) however I got no reply then after one week kept getting tracking reports saying not shipped yet coming from USA I eventually received it but it's certainly not worth over £17. Didn't realise Amazon sells them, I could have got it for £10 and within a couple of days.

I ordered 2 alphabeth led lights in September for a birthday tomorrow. I have still not received it. When I complained about the non delivery, specifying that I needed it for 30th November, they said they would send out a 2nd order. As of today I hsve not received either. So I am about to send another strongly worded email (as there is no telephone number). In hindsight I would never have placed this irder, and will never use this company again. One star is too good. So I award it 1 star - 1= 0 star!

Delivery timescales are shocking. I ordered on 6th Nov and my product still has not arrived. This is a US based company marketing themselves as being UK based. Don’t do what I did, find a local supplier and buy from them

If I could give a minus I would.I ordered 3 resin letters on Sept 27th the first ones never arrived so they sent out another lot even though I asked for a refund.These finally arrived 23rd November!!!They were totally disgraceful chipped ,not finished off properly, one didn't work and had frayed wiring.I cannot use them as only fit for the bin.They are refusing to refund me more than £5 when I paid £33.The customer service and product are not fit for purpose. Disgraceful behaviour!Pity I can't add photos. PLEASE DON'T BUY!

I ordered some resin letters set with dried flowers.
When the order eventually arrived the letters had sharp edges, gaps in the resin and a blob of resin on the surface of one
I sent an email with photos. The company replied that they found no fault in the quality.
Don't buy from them.

Bought 2 resin letters with lights inserted. Neither looked like the beautiful images on the website or the reviews.

Both sparsely packed with 4 flowers (same colour) and a large amount of what looked like rosemary. One of the letters had a big glob of resin on the bottom so it doesn’t stand up. Unfortunately the wire for the lights is embedded in it so I’d have to sacrifice the lights to cut it off.

Sent photos and video to customer services who stated the items aligned with the order. They offered £2 compensation which I declined. Am left with 2 gifts I’m unable to pass on. I’m reluctant to pass on the one which does stand up as its recipient already knows what it’s supposed to look like.

I am out of pocket now - but if this review means the company will make sure in the future their products match their photos that’s worth the £22 I’ve lost out on. (Photo on FB review)

I am still waiting for a delivery of an order on 31/9/2024 which is six weeks ago. Tracking showed it reached Oxford from the States two weeks ago. Now it seems to be coming from China. No satisfaction from cosyfest regarding a refund. Just told to be patient. I will not order from these Facebook sites again. One star is too many.

Received items, all 3 products were faulty,photos sent... they would not accept them back and offered £5 refund!

Incredibly comfortable fit with a smooth, breathable texture. The antibacterial feature is impressive and adds hygiene benefits. Silicone adhesive stays secure, though slightly wider straps could enhance support for larger sizes.

Avoid at all costs. Damaged goods sent, nothing like the picture advertised. Impossible to get hold of the company for a refund. Complete con!!!!!!!

Totally agree with all the 'legimate' reviewers on here not the one review US ones that are obviously fake !!!
I also purchased 2 light-up letters - to say the quality is poor is an understatement. The edges are so rough and sharp they are dangerous. The flowers in the resin (well the 2 flowers in there!) are dead and totally void of any colour and the rest is just grass - I'm too embarrassed to give them out to my friends as the intended Christmas presents they were. After waiting such a long time for them to actually be delivered and the same old "it's on its way, the tracking isn't working, we've sent you out a replacement" lies that others are also reporting on here I'm not even going to bother requesting a refund. I'll just learn my lesson, not purchase via Instagram again and hope other people avoid these sham company!

Initially overcharged me but did rectify this when I contacted them. They sent out a broken item. The bit that was missing was not in the box so it was posted already broken. The item was listed as being rechargeable (it is not). I was sent lots of fake delivery updates saying it was being shipped from America (postage label was from China).

I contacted them for a replacement or refund. They offered me £3, then £5 and they said this should be more than satisfactory (item was about £12 with additional postage on top).

Would recommend to avoid at all costs.

1 star is too much !!! AVOID THIS COMPANY. I will take this forward but do not buy from them - awful product and awful customer service - scammers

Ordered from Cosyfest three of the flower letters and all three came broken and damaged. I asked for a full refund on all three of them and I have been totally refused even though it is in their terms and conditions. They have had no intentions of sending a refund I would avoid like the plague.
