12 months since we got the roof sprayed. The house is constantly warm since, with low energy bills. Noise levels are also much lower than before

Attic Insulation 3 locations
Overall very happy with the purchase - the install crew were top notch - flexible - explained everything - hard working - clean - knowledgeable, i have noticed a noticeable improvement in the heat retention on second and third floors, a major improvement for me has been the elimination of various breezes throughout the house. I would recommend the sales - install with Cozy.
[The crew came from Dublin, were to be here at 8,30 and arrived on the button]
Installation was in Co Monaghan

I have been knocked back by 3 banks for…
I have been knocked back by 3 banks for remortgaging due to having this insulation done in my attic? Cosy insulation were no help to me whatsoever when I contacted them just said the information pack that they sent me when it was done is everything I need to send off to the bank. Bank came back and wanted a 10 year insured backed warranty which cosy insulation couldn’t provide for me they said they don’t do this? So basically I paid all this money to get this done to my house and it’s been a waste of time as now il never be able to sell my house unless I get this all removed from the attic which costs a hell of a lot more than it did to get it put in! This company need to do something about this or advertise better that if your a home owner this is the down fall of getting it done. Absolute disgrace and Iv heard and read I’m not the only one in this situation!!!

Antwoord van Cosyinsulation
Hi Amy.
Your lender requested 4 documents. 3 of these documents we provided you with. The 4th document was a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. We did not tell you that we couldn't provide you with it. We told you that we could get you a quote for one and we also told you that if their were any further issues that we could get you a structural engineers roof report which 90% of lenders will accept. All of this is in the emails we sent to you 7/10/25. You did not respond to this email.
With all of the documents in place or a roof report on the property you will have no issue selling your house.
If your lenders have any other queries we will gladly answer them like we have this far.
Attic foam insulation
I was very happy with the job and the speed of completion. The foam in the attic makes the whole house feel warmer.

I have had my attic insulation upgraded over the summer by Cosyinsalation, which is already showing a difference. The temperature at the control centre has still not dropped to 20 °C in the evening after a cool enough day yesterday.

Just had new panels fitted
Just had new panels fitted and have already noticed that the conservatory was cooler during the last couple of days. Thanks to the fitters Matthew and Daniel who arrived early and completed the job quickly - tidying up as they went along. Would have loved to give 5 stars but unfortunately the sound of rain on the roof is much louder than I expected or was led to believe it would be.
