I had my 30cl Karen glass containers delivered to me few days ago and three of them were broken. The customer service got back to me few hours after, offering replacement with express delivery. They were so polite and understanding.

I have been using Cosy Owl fragrance oils for the past year and I cannot rate them enough. As well as having great products, their team who manage emails and general customer service are just as good! My emails are always replied to very quickly and they have helped me out massively when I have made a mistake on my order. I will continue to use them and have recommended to friends

Such premium products at such small prices. If you haven't tried their oils yet I urge you to!! In such uncertain times, Cosy Owl as a supplier have stayed strong and make sure their customers get the best service possible from when we order to even after delivery. They always answer my questions when I call. Lyndsey (hope I got that right) and Stacey are so knowledgeable and an absolute credit to the team!

I have purchased soy wax from cosy owl and a candle making kit. I love the products they have to offer and will definitely be using them regularly.

Terrible with communication. Cancels orders weeks later without so much as a word from them. Won't communicate changes in what can and can't be shipped to which countries on their social media and their website info seems to be out of date all the time, too.

I ordered fragrance oils and they arrived in good condition. I liked the range of oils and especially that they say next to them if they are Phthalate Free. However it's tedious to go through every one to see if they are phthalate free, I wish there was a filter so I could search for just these. I also wish there were more "natural" fragrance oils . I know it's tricky what's natural but I can get it elsewhere and would be nice to get it here too. People seem to want more natural products these days. It would also be wonderful if there was a way of getting a multipack of fragrance oil samples, again a Phthalate free pack.

High quality products and quick delivery. I use the soya wax, essential and fragrance oils. Cant recommend them enough they a brill!!
