What a good experience. Old single woman buying a car, I needed a good honest person like Paul to talk me through everything. He gave me the confidence to buy a lovely little runner, perfect for me. After looking extensively for the particular make and model we were after ...we found one at Cotswolds motors ....From first enquiry to vehicle collection communication from Paul was excellent...making this a hassle and stress free purchase. We had complete confidence that we were being looked after ...and the vehicle was in the best condition it could be. Purchasing a second hand vehicle can be a bit of a (pricey) lottery ....But this company would appear to sell only quality vehicles. I would recommend this company highly ...and would look here first... should I ever need another vehicle

I really liked how Cotswold Select Autos communicated with me when I was selling my car to them. They asked for information at appropriate times and arranged collection at a time that suited me. On the day of collection they respected my property. The money was transferred immediately Into my account. More importantly I forgot some of the things in my car and they respectfully contacted me to arrange suitable time to come and collect. They even stayed open until after their normal working hours as I was stuck in traffic on my way to their garage. This was a very trusting seller and buyer relationship that is highly recommend. Today I collected my VW Tiguan from Paul c/o Cotswold Select Autos. The service I received from start to finish was professional, polite and prompt . Paul explained everything in depth, and attention to detail was excellent. The advert was exact. The car was prepped inside and out to a high standard.A fresh MOT was included. On collection, the car was fuelled, my telephone was paired up, radio tuned in and climate control explained. The final touch was a set of car mats that were complimentary, to which I thought was a lovely gesture. All in all, my experience was extremely satisfactory. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cotswold Select Autos, and wish Paul and his Team continued success.
