Love this company, the quality of the nightwear is fabulous. I now have six of the nightdresses, they wash very well, in fact the older they get the softer they become. Beautifully finished with lace,... Toon meer

What a fantastic company this is
What a fantastic company this is. So glad I found them.
The nightwear is such good quality. I had given up trying to find pretty nightdresses. I cannot speak highly enough of their customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help you. Last week they managed to find an item, that at first seemed out of stock and even sent me a gift. I cannot think of any other company that does that! I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Cottonreal.

Exceptional
I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Quality is its hallmark and the delicate fabrics and amazing choice of styles are virtually impossible to find nowadays. Lovely personal touches like handwritten wishes are indicative of a company which is a cut above the rest. Hope of ever finding beautiful, feminine nightwear had long since vanished until I stumbled upon Cottonreal. I shall happily recommend you to friends and family.

Thank you . I have now found your response to my email of 19 August and I look forward to receiving my new pyjamas.
I have no idea where my order is . I realise it could take a while to get to me as I am in Australia but I have no tracking and I have had NO response to my request to Cottonreal for help.

Good morning Christine
Thank you for your email, and I can confirm that your order was dispatched on Aug 9th via Royal Mail 1st Class International Tracked Mail under tracking ref LG838739230GB.
Please see below the automated dispatch email confirmation which you should have received upon your orders dispatch - please kindly check as it may have dropped into your spam?
Please be assured we do track all international dispatches, and will continue to do so and I am sure your order will be with you shortly.
Many thanks

Hello
I have checked the status of my recent order with Cottonreal and your system states that there have been no orders in the last 24 months . This is not reassuring because i certainly paid for an order with you in the you last fortnight. (SEE BELOW)
WHERE IS MY ORDER NOW? I need you to send me the tracking immediately.
Christine Goodwin
Australia
Ms Goodwin, as advised, we track all international dispatches until they are delivered and can advise the following information is currently displayed on Auspost: "This item may take longer to arrive than usual. Limited flights have caused delays for some international deliveries."
International delays are still sadly an occurrence due to Covid flight restrictions and outside of our control.
Your order was dispatched on Aug 9th the day after it was received and an automated dispatch email detailing the tracking reference emailed to the email address supplied when ordering.
Given all of the above we feel a 1 star review is not warranted and therefore request you update and edit your review.
