Cottonreal Reviews

Received my nightie very soon after ordering it. Beautifully packaged and exactly what I'd ordered. Excellent service. Thank you - I've bought from your website for quite a few years now - never had any problems at all

This night gown made my sister very pleased. She was delighted with the fabric, the size and the style. Nice quick delivery and a fabulous choice for other gifting ideas and styles, young and old. I am quite amazed not to have found you before. Maybe it's a well kept secret.

I ordered 2 garments which were of excellent quality but too big. The subsequent replacement of one and a refund for the other was completed within days. Thank you to all concerned

I am delighted with the nightdresses which are very well made.
Delivery was very quick too.

Beautiful nightdress and wrap. Very impressed with the quality.

I am so pleased with all my Cotton Real purchases.
Lovely fabrics, great prints or pastel colours - I have far too many white nightdresses!
Easy to care for.
Plus, prices are very good for the quality of the nightwear.

Amazing company offering the most beautiful quality nightwear... British made!!! Amazing service and the amazing touch of a hand written tag thanking me for once again ordering from them. I love the company, Love the nighties. Its 100 out of a 100 for Cottonreal. A dream of a company..

I was looking for qood quality cotton night wear after been diagnosed with peri menopause. This was when I found cotton real. I ordered two pjs, and even though I live in Ireland, they arrived in a few days, I was very impressed. Then I tried them on ! The quality is fantastic and they are so comfortable. I love them so much I immediately got back online and ordered two more!!

These are quality nightclothes. Warm in winter; cool in summer. Attractive all year.

Delivery is swift too.

Really pleased with my superb nightwear. Really excellent quality and lovely to wear.

I have a number of pyjamas from here and have generally been happy with them.
One pair developed a small hole in the leg after only a couple of wears so I contacted customer services.
Because I could not remember who got them for me, they were a gift prior to pregnancy, they were unwilling to help me.
It’s a shame that poor customer service has now stopped me from buying here any more.

Edit - they were not sent out with a hole - as per my original email the hole developed after I think the second time of wearing them. Given I have had them for a couple of years but only just fit into them post baby it seems unreasonable to request I recall who they were from and exact date..!
The top is still unworn, new with tags - the bottoms worn twice and now not wearable anymore. To request a replacement of obviously faulty bottoms is not unreasonable. Thanks

Cottonreal make some super nightwear suitable for all seasons and ages.
Great design and great quality.

Excellent quality. Quick delivery. Very pleased with my first time shop with CottonReal

Sadly i had to return my nightshirt as my normal size was a bit too big, 14/16 i reordered the next size down 12/14 perfect with room. Also picked up a right bargain.

I am very happy with my purchase! The quality of the fabric, the very refined finishes. Very fast delivery. Wrapped in tissue paper with a kind word. At to recommend..

It is as advertised. I'm pleased with my purchase. The fit is good, the colour is as shown on pictures. I took a chance with this based on the pictures and fitting guide and I now have what I wanted and delivery was day earlier than expected so another little bonus.
