First time as a supply teacher and was not sure what to expect. County teachers have been very helpful and made it easy. I got work quickly and have been very happy with support and direction.

Maisie and Charlotte are wonderful. They really get to know their clients and are very thorough with the checks. As a teacher they listened to what I wanted and the driving distance I wanted to go and really delivered on my requests. Having been out of a teaching job a couple of years ago, I registered with County Teachers and in doing some ad hoc cover work, I secured a more permanent employment. Unfortunately though, earlier this year I was told I couldn't be kept on in that position so was unemployed once again.

Being with County Teachers previously, I had no concerns about who to go to for support and my choice has proven to be the right one. As a music specialist I appreciate that cover in this subject is likely to be minimal, however, I have already had multiple days doing music and/or performing arts cover work.

County Teachers is an extremely professional and very friendly agency. I am hoping to train to teach French and Spanish and in the meantime I have been working as a cover supervisor for a variety of schools in Hertfordshire.

My two main contacts are Mitch and James, both of whom are brilliant to work with. They are quick to respond and come up with good suggestions, and they are also thoughtful when it comes to placing me in schools which need help with languages. Both Mitch and James are also quick to give positive feedback. I am also in regular contact with Charlotte, who is extremely efficient and good at keeping in touch.

Mitch contacted me recently to discuss my plans for September, and I felt that he was really listening and understood what I am hoping to achieve.
