Beware of Unexpected Subscription Charges
What an absolute joke of a website. I paid approximately $2 to access ONE court record a week ago, only to receive a fraud alert from my bank notifying me that this same website had attempted to charge my card another $26.64. I never knowingly agreed to a monthly subscription and I certainly did not authorize another purchase. This is an incredibly shady way to conduct business. The lack of transparency is unacceptable and customers deserve better than being hit with surprise charges for something they believed was a one time purchase. You people are losers.

Predatory business
Their website/ business model is predatory. I was unaware I signed up for a subscription and they won’t let you cancel online, you have to call. In addition their company didn't issue a full refund even though I didn't use their service. Highly don’t recommend

Fraud, scam, avoid this website!
I paid for a subscription 30 minutes ago and I’m already trying to cancel. I provided info on the person who I was wanting to get a report on and the little bit of information I got that was actually him in the correct county or state I provided, can easily be found for free. The rest of it was 179 pages of people I don’t know. It did say it looked for divorce records in the state of Kansas, which is where I said he lived, so it makes sense they would check those court records right? It said none could be found. It looked up probable records in the correct state also, again no records could be found. Neither were accurate and should have easily found his divorce in ks as well as his probate records. The rest of the report was men with the same last name and that was it. Why do I want records for James shaughnessy in Louisiana when I said I was looking for records for a Michael Shaughnessy in Kansas? The report was 179 pages of Shaughnessy’s from all over the country that I don’t know and could care less about. The report was absolutely worthless, I would really like to get a refund actually bc that entire report was not the service you advertised. now I’m trying to cancel through the email they sent me confirming my order which also gives you the option to cancel through contacting their customer service. This whole thing is sketchy and not legit. Since I can’t easily cancel my subscription without sending a message to customer service first, I’ve been attempting to cancel my subscription for the past 10 minutes and it won’t let me submit my message to cancel my subscription! This website stinks of a scam. I’m not going to play games with these people, if I don’t get this resolved later today and get my subscription cancelled, I will go to my bank and cancel my card and get a new one. I’m not playing games with these people. Moral to my review. This website is a scam and don’t use it.
P.s. while writing this review my bank sent me a text alert letting me know about a suspicious charge on my account from this website. It asked if it was fraud, I said yes, my card is now cancelled and I have to get a new one..:which makes me mad, but now i don’t have to worry about these people screwing me over and not letting me cancel my subscription!
