The boxes arrived in perfect condition in about a week. The flours used give the pancakes a crispier and heavier texture. The pancakes are delicious plain without syrup; in fact I think cheap corn syrup pancake syrups ruin the taste. These deserve pure maple syrup. A couple boxes of these would make a welcoming gift.

I ordered 4 boxes of pancakes along with 1 bottle of syrup on November 30. One month later I received two boxes with the syrup. I have been going back and forth with customer service and still don't have the other two boxes that I paid for back in November. Will never order from this company again.

I ordered on Dec 7 and waited 3 weeks for delivery. Half the order (2 pancake mixes) were missing. Since then, they have been promising to look into it, made me send pictures, resend my address. I've given up. I love Terrence Williams and wonder if he is aware of this. If so, I would be so disappointed in him.

Let me start off with, the product is a 10/10

The cust service is a 0/10. It’s pointless to reach out to them as they do not care, Ray has a canned message and that’s all he can say. Sorry, can’t help you, hope you understand.

This makes me feel like the customer service is out sourced.

I just ordered it on Dec 17, 2025. It has been a month. I checked the tracking, and it's still there, but it hasn't been delivered yet—poor service from UPS.

Ordered 2 boxes of pancakes and 1 syrup on 11/30/25. The order is still being processed. I have reached out to the company 5 times asking for a refund. Ray responded once saying they are busy. Didn’t apologize or address my request to cancel. Today, I submitted a dispute with my bank.

I Finally Made The Keto Pancake Waffle Mix, This Morning. IT CAME OUT PERFECT AND I ENJOYED IT, I appreciate your hard work to start a business, and I will always support you.

I've probably bought $500 worth of product from these people at least then I made the mistake of ordering one of their newer products and it came in a cheesy box tasted so terrible that it's unedible. I asked for a refund or at least some kind of credit or exchange and they told me they could not do it. Terrance Williams has gotten too big for his britches and they have expanded without quality. A HUGE RIP OFF! Avoid

Horrible and dry and terrible customer service. Poured out like small rocks. Just terrible and a scam. I want my money back!!

Poor customer service!

This product is the worse product in history. Please don’t buy this product if you care about your own health. This product has given my family and friends explosive diarrhea for about a week

I bought a box of oatmeal, and one box of dark roast coffee pods a few weeks ago. The oats are very good, by the way.
The coffee box was outdated, stamped Best By 02/08/2025.
I sent an email to their customer service, and when they finally got back to me, apologized (they wanted picture proof, which I sent them), and offered to send a new box.
I finally got that box today, and guess what?? It's OUT OF DATE 02/08/2025.
I think someone in customer service thought they were being cute and funny. I won't be supporting this business again.
I'm not a "Karen" (sorry to all good Karens out there), but this just isn't right. I'm on a very fixed income and just wanted to show Terrence some support.
At this point, I guess the company needs that $12.95 more than I do, so keep it.

I don't know who makes these food,but they're dangerous to your health because of the chemical they contain that damage your kidneys and cardiovascular system. Totally poisonous.contain phosphate and nanoparticles

I bought the pancake mix when they were first introduced and the results were excellent. The last batch, not very good. These last ones were a completely different mix based on the ingredients. No flavor, no rise or fluffiness, and so thin they curled up when left on the griddle to keep warm. This is a completely different mix and very expensive for an inferior product. I tried to contact the company and recieved a reply that simply said, sorry for your disappointment. Never again and would suggest you pass on this.

For one, it's not great business practice to make a pancake mix not because you love pancakes, but to pander to people who are mad that Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben got taken off of their packaging. For one, Aunt Jemima and Uncle Ben aren't real people, they're caricatures made up for advertising. There are plenty of other food products made by black people who put their face on the cover. So, please, put your face on the cover of your pancake mix if you made it. However... I'd recommend taking your face OFF of it because it tastes like chalk.

I've never tasted blander pancakes. Whether it's the instant pancake or the deluxe version they give instructions for on the box with extra ingredients, it's bad. The batter is grainy and the whole thing just tastes like cardboard. Maybe don't make pancake mix just because you know Republicans would buy it. Make something you actually enjoy, like children's books. Oh, wait, you can't, you used AI to illustrate it, even though you absolutely have enough money to pay illustrators.

Shipping is atrociously slow. Pancakes are legit good. The lack of customer service is concerning. Even if its holiday season there needs to be customer service. Waiting nearly 2 weeks to process the order is unacceptable. I wanted to support patriotic small businesses. Maybe Terrance should focus more on the company rather than tweeting.
